Pros/Cons
Pros
- I especially like how easy it is to post on Facebook, Craigslist and other sites. The smart CRM is also great, I love being able to send massive texts and emails.
- The lead s coming from property boost on listings are awesome. I love the breakdown report you get so you can track all activity on a certain property and the cost per lead is helpful.
- Works amazing with Facebook Marketing and the ability to capture and nurture any lead that comes from your campaigns. Love the automation for email followup and the ease of customizing templates.
Cons
- Overall, this is an immature product (as in too new to really work the way a CRM should) that is highly constrictive, inflexible, and badly designed. I am extraordinarily unimpressed.
- There is SOOO much if you just jumped on you would be lost.
- I am a former computer programmer (HTML, JS, VBA, C++) and found the configurability of the website incredibly difficult & frustrating via their interface.
Pros
- Reports are good; tracking agents productions is very helpful and often serves as motivation for the agents. Ease of calculating commissions 7 producing statements is great.
- The customer service has been fabulous every time I call in. The customer service representatives troubleshoot and ask questions while they figure out the best possible solution.
- Ease of use, I like the way to sign in is easier with email. Quality, features and functionality are good.
Cons
- That means it will no longer be supported by future Windows updates and platform releases, which could result in your database becoming useless overnight, with no warning.
- The US to Canadian differences cause major concerns. The staff hired to reconcile are absolutely terrible.
- The only reason we use it is that there is no alternative which provides so much of what is needed to manage the accounting needs of a real estate brokerage in one integrated system.
