Pros
- The ease of use and with my company I get it free. I like having one place for my current prospects and my previous buyers and sellers and being able to set up emails for different occasions.
- I especially like how easy it is to post on Facebook, Craigslist and other sites. The smart CRM is also great, I love being able to send massive texts and emails.
Cons
- Some of the default settings are difficult to change and hard to know if they are working. Also they only pull active listings from the MLS so no sold comps can be sent to buyers.
- I also struggle with the embedded vs. linked materials.
Pros
- The ease of implementation and onboarding for new users is terrific and the clever way SharpSpring uses visual workflows to automate the system is genius.
- When I have a question or need advice on the best way to do something, their customer support team is always responsive and helpful.
Cons
- I rate the tool's usability as bad, lots of buttons that do the same thing, and lots of unstructured information on the screen.
- Calendar Schedule - So you only get one calendar schedule for sales, so for example if you have multiple links for scheduling time on your calendar you cannot customize more than 1. Very frustrating.
