The ease of use and with my company I get it free. I like having one place for my current prospects and my previous buyers and sellers and being able to set up emails for different occasions.

This program is saving me a ton of money thanks to my Broker. Can't wait to roll out more features.

Although I've had many years in the business, I've never had to use a CRM. I've done some research and from what I can see, kvCore is be the best system at its price point.

I especially like how easy it is to post on Facebook, Craigslist and other sites. The smart CRM is also great,  I love being able to send massive texts and emails.

The ease of transferring my database, the ongoing training and exceptional help desk are remarkable.

I am still learning the new system and all of the features and what it can do. In doing so the Inside Real Estate Support Team was been very helpful and responsive.

This software is relatively user-friendly and has good Integrations with other apps. I use it both for contact relation management and lead generation.

After being mislead by the sales rep  we are sad to say that KVcore is not the solution for your real estate needs as it is made out to be.

It has been quite useful for my team. My team uses it every single day and are converting leads better than ever.

Some of the default settings are difficult to change and hard to know if they are working. Also they only pull active listings from the MLS so no sold comps can be sent to buyers.

KvCore shows a strong commitment to improve the product steadily. KvCore integrated my flow of business into their solution.

I also struggle with the embedded vs. linked materials.

The lead s coming from property boost on listings are awesome. I love the breakdown report you get so you can track all activity on a certain property and the cost per lead is helpful.

That is the only thing I miss transitioning from Firepoint.

Recently switched brokerages in part for a better tech platform that wouldnt cost an arm and a leg to implement.

I love that its user friendly and hold you accountable.

I like that there are many features to help me as a new realtor, and the site is easy to navigate.

I like that it is user friendly and the platform is friendly to the eye. Meaning that it doesn't look complicated to use.

I have lost new leads due to the ugliness of the (unconfigurable) text messages that the system sends automatically.

I have it synced to all me lead sources and have smart campaigns set up automatically. It is a great tool and if you take the training, you see how many great tools it offers.

Experience has been good, positive. Customer service is always prompt and happy to help.

It has been great - i am getting better with it each day. I has done great to create leverage.

The best features are its functionality and intuitiveness.

The ease of navigating through the database is very important to me and allows me to run through my daily process as seems fit.

Overall, this is an immature product (as in too new to really work the way a CRM should) that is highly constrictive, inflexible, and badly designed. I am extraordinarily unimpressed.

I just started using this software and I know it is going to save me time and money. I'm working through the training slowly and trying to implement each step as I go.

Works amazing with Facebook Marketing and the ability to capture and nurture any lead that comes from your campaigns. Love the automation for email followup and the ease of customizing templates.

I am a former computer programmer (HTML, JS, VBA, C++) and found the configurability of the website incredibly difficult & frustrating via their interface.

I love the interface and ease of use. Easy to learn the new features and how to build your book of business.

So many features to utilize and benefit from. Great experience with customer service, everything manageable from one place, keeps all leads organized.

Property flyers are also created for me right away. Everything  is on auto-pilot for me, and the quality is fabulous.

The only thing that I like about this software is it's ability to create nice IDX websites and track user behaviour on those websites.

I love the ability that the software provides to work for you with the automated responses and its ability to integrate with IDX websites.

There is SOOO much if you just jumped on you would be lost.

KvCore software does everything. I love the CRM how it interacts with clients and I love the social media where it posts to Facebook and LinkedIn and all the important Media sources.

Property Boost was great. After many years of spending money on FB or Google ads with hardly any leads...kvCORE resulted in 13 each time I did it and for less than $90 each attempt.

Robust CRM with the best integration for IDX and lead generation and lead management.

The SugarCRM team was incredibly helpful and supportive during our decision between various CRMs we were testing out, namely Salesforce and SugarCRM.

The report functionality and the inability to export complex reports in any other format than PDFs is disappointing.

The data does not link well together and the relationships you can build are very limited, which really limits the power of the software overall.

The best thing about this software is that it always provide the best customer relationships marketing software.

Is a really good tool for small companies, really like the approach form the customer service team when I had some issues.

As well as, integrate with Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, so my marketing team can run both customer acquisition and customer retention or nurturing campaigns.

It's a great and reliable CRM for startups or small businesses.

Super easy to set up program. Does a great job at keeping up with client information and tracking history of interactions.

I love the simplicity of the system. It's very easy to set up and start operating from day one.

Some of the time, I can't login to different devices PCs which are downside for me.

Once you start thinking about scaling many integrations and reporting tools are missing.

Our current integration to Sage100 accounting is broken. One of the others broke the functionality and took a week to figure out.

Is not very well developed yet, frequently have software errors and the tool crash. User experience is not enough intuitive.

It helps to track customers and is very user friendly. It helps our business development and growth team work on leads for business.

After trying to set this tool up several times, we abandoned it as too complicated and time consuming.

All the Enterprise features are available at a cost a basic CRM. Cons: Calendar sync is an issue and Email Client inbuilt in Sugar has a sad UI.

I also really find the dashboard visuals to be superior to Salesforce. Overall, the price point was better than Salesforce, too.

It is a great tool  for keeping my clients data and tracking.

CE is eternally stuck on version 6.5. And then in April 2018, they've removed it entirely so now you're stuck with the Pro or Enterprise editions which are paid-for.

Its too damn complicated to set up if you are going the self-hosted route.

This software in not made for my business line and therefore is not working for us. Also we have had a very poor experience with the reporting capabilities.

Adding information or attaching files to the oportunities can sometimes be a bit annoying.

Unfortunately we had some issues with the initial set up of the system and the customer support was really poor.

Easy to implement and deploy. Reporting is good and allows fro complex reports to be built.

Good integration with SQL. Customer service has been very helpful and reactive when we had requests for them.

Slow, cumbersome, difficult reporting, poor customer service.

The second source of challenge was not easily able to connect Google Analytics UTM campaigns tracking with SugarSell CRM leads tracking.
