Definitely full featured, but a little too pricey to be used for stand alone in house Corporate use, really designed more for MSP's.

Automate is feature rich and great for managing our clients desktops and servers. We love the ability to do patch management with this tool.

The remote program is really good. Very simple and quick when a caller has called in.

Again, I suspect due to the years of bringing the tools together, Automate seemed to somewhat stall/lag on added features for awhile.

With the big rebrand and integration with ConnectWise Manage the duo are now all that much better, complementing each others previous, non-focused features.

Overall connect-wise automate is a great tool for our environment to monitor our customers systems.

It allows tons of customization and enhancement to increase its power. There are also tons of free and paid integrations that even make it work better.

The format of the software and also how it keeps you updated to current events going on. The layout of the product is great and easy to understand.

Automate struggles to manage devices across subnets that other platforms seem to be able to do with ease. So bad that we had to bring in Auvik to do this task.

I really like the remote control portion of the program. The ability to remotely patch servers and client devices is excellent.

This software's scripting engine is hands down the best. I recently saw the new interface that is coming to align the product more with Connectwise's main product is really nice looking.

The product is poorly designed for the user experience. The UI is not intuitive, so finding what you can do makes developing solutions difficult.

The desktop software can be sluggish. Rolling out Third Wall was very rough.

We also get tracking features which is amazing and through this we can also chats in group to make our products fantastic.

Integrations work seamlessly, the tool helps us manage a great number of contacts with ease.

What I appreciated most about Nimble CRM was that it was hands-on the best interface and UI of every solution I tested.

Nimble's dashboard is nice and impressive because you can see all the information like new connections and also other applications that are very well integrated like LinkedIn, Office 365, G-Suite.

The innovative thing about this tool is that everything is in my mail. I like it because it is easier to use and organize, so I like to use it.

The constant spam ads/suggested info pages is a bit annoying. If this was not the case, many more of our project managers would be using this.

Since the pricing structure for Nimble is pretty simple, you can a great CRM for a really great price, and its API is great.

If you have large database of contacts then it will sometimes becomes headache for you because it fails to upload your all contacts.

The true gem in the nimble structure is their support staff. They truly can take any situation and make you feel like it can be handled.
