Pros
- Automate is feature rich and great for managing our clients desktops and servers. We love the ability to do patch management with this tool.
- The remote program is really good. Very simple and quick when a caller has called in.
Cons
- Definitely full featured, but a little too pricey to be used for stand alone in house Corporate use, really designed more for MSP's.
- Again, I suspect due to the years of bringing the tools together, Automate seemed to somewhat stall/lag on added features for awhile.
Pros
- Post Planner has a vast library to help me with posts to keep good, relevant and encouraging content to my followers. I also love the evergreen option to allow posts to re-post at a later time.
- I love that I can obtain content that obliges my group and successfully plan out quite a while at a time so I can focus in on various pieces of my business.
Cons
- I am angry and disgusted with these people they refuse to cancel my subscription until it expires they say and do not remove my credit card information even though I have asked them to in writing.
- It does not support LinkedIn yet which is a bit problematic and waiting to see them integrate soon on LinkedIn.
