  • Pros

  • Automate is feature rich and great for managing our clients desktops and servers. We love the ability to do patch management with this tool.
  • The remote program is really good. Very simple and quick when a caller has called in.
  • Cons

  • Definitely full featured, but a little too pricey to be used for stand alone in house Corporate use, really designed more for MSP's.
  • Again, I suspect due to the years of bringing the tools together, Automate seemed to somewhat stall/lag on added features for awhile.

  • I like Tenfold's ability to identify the caller quickly; as well as present a way to connect with the person you are talking to through LinkedIN or other avenues.
  • The ability to add notes about the call within the program changed a lot of how our office works towards leads.
  • Cons

  • There are technical issues from time to time, where tenfold is not working or creating any calls in Salesforce.
  • Sometimes it screws up and double counts inbound calls which can be confusing and a little misleading.
