  • Pros

  • Automate is feature rich and great for managing our clients desktops and servers. We love the ability to do patch management with this tool.
  • The remote program is really good. Very simple and quick when a caller has called in.
  • Cons

  • Definitely full featured, but a little too pricey to be used for stand alone in house Corporate use, really designed more for MSP's.
  • Again, I suspect due to the years of bringing the tools together, Automate seemed to somewhat stall/lag on added features for awhile.

  • There is so much you can do with Wise Agent. The price is super nice and you can do all that it offers or just what you need.
  • Helps me stay in touch with my sphere of influence, people love that you remembered those important dates in their lives. I use it to send out prospecting letters as well.
  • Cons

  • It’s virtually useless since your contact has to opt in with an opt in link that you have to set up.
  • I HATE the face that I can't send more than 500 emails at a time any more. This is a major inconvenience to me.
