  • Pros

  • Reliable and simple to use tool for remote access and support, it offers extended device information.
  • The most I liked about Landesk is to set the reminder of the ticket you are working on and would like to get remind in future.
  • Cons

  • It was a little confusing. Once I entered my invoice I wasn't able to go back and view it, I didn't like that, and I wasn't able to change it.
  • Pros

  • Very user friendly, great amount of customization ability, cloud based, Integrations with other software such as Concur, Avalara, Sales Force, etc.
  • It is also very easy to use. NetSuite CRM also offers a great API with its highly integratable system which makes it even more better.
  • Cons

  • In trying to do everything for everyone, it can introduce extra complexities and inter-product conflicts that require work arounds.
  • That we didn't have it sooner :( we were stuck with Quickbooks.
