  • Pros

  • It also makes it nice to not have to add anything to the outlook calendar from there and just having anything scheduled on lawmatics syncing to our calendars naturally.
  • Lawmatics has increased our ability to bring in new clients by over 150%, while reducing ongoing costs of paying staff to do the same function. Would not recommend anything else.
  • Cons

  • Why can't I add a tag based on a picklist?)We've had constant issues with email being sent multiple times or being sent hours late, and their response is that it's a Microsoft problem.
  • Some features should be developed and added, paying attention to the adequacy of the types of laws, whether criminal or administrative. Integrations with other programs should be faster than that.

  • Mailchimp is super easy to use and was a breeze to set up. Everything was very straight forward and the user interface is very nice.
  • I liked that I had never used any type of service like this before and it made it very simple for my husband and I to reach out to folks who were interested in our business.
  • Cons

  • Some legit emails get marked as spam. If too many are marked as spam you run the risk of getting your account suspended or at times deleted.
  • Customer support was terrible and when i misunderstood how to use the platform they terminated the relationship because of spam.
