Pros
- It also makes it nice to not have to add anything to the outlook calendar from there and just having anything scheduled on lawmatics syncing to our calendars naturally.
- Lawmatics has increased our ability to bring in new clients by over 150%, while reducing ongoing costs of paying staff to do the same function. Would not recommend anything else.
Cons
- Why can't I add a tag based on a picklist?)We've had constant issues with email being sent multiple times or being sent hours late, and their response is that it's a Microsoft problem.
- Some features should be developed and added, paying attention to the adequacy of the types of laws, whether criminal or administrative. Integrations with other programs should be faster than that.
Pros
- Mailchimp is super easy to use and was a breeze to set up. Everything was very straight forward and the user interface is very nice.
- I liked that I had never used any type of service like this before and it made it very simple for my husband and I to reach out to folks who were interested in our business.
Cons
- Some legit emails get marked as spam. If too many are marked as spam you run the risk of getting your account suspended or at times deleted.
- Customer support was terrible and when i misunderstood how to use the platform they terminated the relationship because of spam.
