The heatmap is powerful and customizable. I like how you can save keyword lists for each GBP. Their support team is super helpful, they helped me fix an issue with my account within minutes, even though it was user error on my part. The GBP integration is smooth and the citations are incredibly helpful. They have several very effective add-ons for digital marketing. I feel like I only pay for what I need and it can be on a case by case basis. (which I really like) The subscription manager is very easy to manage and cancel. #### Cons There are several tools and the learning curve can be very steep.
