Pros/Cons
Pros
- LeadSquared has been exceptionally good and has been evolving continuously to give us more features and options. My teams love the ease of use, the design and the continuously evolving new features.
- We were very lucky to find LeaddSquared the other almost identical services at a fraction of the cost. Their customer service is fantastic and you really feel they want to help you grow your business.
- As an agency, you can enjoy some fantastic features and benefits. Would highly recommend this software.
Cons
- Server issues most of the time. May loose the lead activities.
- Fast in taking money - all advance for 6 months - prepaid - no option to really test for a month or 2 before you really buy their service. After Purchase no delivery of the end product.
- Long Implementation and Setup Process, Poor Support.
Pros
- Amazing product and a great experience. I was also very happy to see the analytics that pointed me in the right direction for next steps.
- Highly recommended and nice product for startups especially, who are looking for budget friendly and reliable product.
- Overall, we are happy with Zoho. They are good people, provide great support, and you can't beat the value for money equation.
Cons
- We've got some problem with the email invitations often sent into the spam folder of our customers... but it's a common problem with other CRM I guess.
- Misleading information during the trial phase. Always upselling their useless apps through Zoho one.
- You get different answers from different customer representatives and the lack of an account manager is painful. App store is full of apps that barely work or aren't maintained.
