Founded in 2003, Legrand CRM offers customer relationship management software in two versions: Corporate CRM and Cloud CRM. Corporate CRM is server-based, while Cloud CRM can be accessed through any mobile device using an Internet connection.
Legrand CRM offers market and sales automation services, including campaign management, mailing list management, contact and lead management, creating reports and dashboards.
The Corporate edition includes modules such as email marketing, managing marketing campaigns, accounting integration, sales histories and summaries. The Cloud edition includes account and contact management, list management, time and billing, document management and scheduling.
In addition to the U.S., Legrand CRM is available in Australia, the U.K., Thailand and Ireland.

We previously used the desktop version of the software for about 10 years and switched to the online offering a couple of years. Any new employees are able to start using Legrand right away based on the intuitive user interface. QuickBooks, SmartVault, and Legrand are the three products that work together that provide the infrastructure to run our business. We use the tasks, opportunities, calendar, QuickBooks Online integration, and activity notes so that everyone can quickly and easily see all the information related to any contact.
I love the Outlook integration but the feature I would like to see expanded is the ability to automatically attach a sent email rather than going to my sent folder to attach the outgoing emails.
My opinion is there is no substitute to testing any product before purchase to make sure that it will meet your needs. It does not need to be extensive, but take a few typical scenarios and try entering the information from start to finish.
