Less Annoying CRM is a customer relationship management solution that caters to the needs of small businesses. It offers cloud-based deployment, various configuration options and a dashboard that provides an overview of contact information, projects, files and other information.

It is simple in its use and doesn't overcomplicate its functions. The videos were very helpful and informative. Would definitely suggest viewing them before using the program.

Cons

It does not have a section to store email templates or images to use. Also it has very limited plugins in relation to mass emailers. It should have one of its own within the system

An excellent system and highly recommend! I needed very little support but when needed, their staff was right there for me!

Pros

Very easy to learn and use. Integrates very well with MailChimp. As a small business, this is all I need for keeping track of contacts, schedule, and sales pipeline and allows me to market my company through the CRM and MailChimp, integrating back and forth.

Cons

I wish it had a more robust tools for project management. That really is all because it has everything else you need.

I am someone whose brain does not do well with computers, programs and software. Even things like word and my email program confuse me. Surprisingly, my brain took to less annoying Crm immediately. I couldn’t believe it. It just made sense! That almost never happens., It is organized in a way that is intuitive to me. I have talked to customer support twice and they were AMAZING. So helpful and friendly. That’s a big plus. And the outcome of using LACRM is that it is transforming my business. It is designed so that my mess of contact information is neatly organized and my tasks are laid out in front of me so that things don’t fall through the cracks. Lastly, the price is great. Thanks, LACRM.

Cons

There are a few small actions that they don’t perform, like having a different customized fields for companies than for contacts, but they are minor. I talked to customer support about it and they are working on adding this feature.

Pros

Videos explain everything, Customer Service very active in making sure you get it going correctly and feel comfortable using the CRM

Cons

Learning any new system is a bother but is to be expected. I have been using ACT and Salesforce so it is not all that different, and it is a little easier.

Pros

This program is awesome. I came from corporate America career with a CRM program that was big $$$, big work and lots of work to maintain. I am now working for a company that had no CRM just an Excel spreadsheet with the list of customers. Which was fine, but now I have super-charged it with this program.
I am able to do my job without worry of missing something. AWESOME product. I am still tweaking it a little but that is the beauty of this program.

I've used 2 CRMs before and this is by far the best. I can customize work flow but not over burden myself with very detailed but non relevant CRM software

The staff doesn't really know the product very well. It took me a month to learn how to configure it to do exactly what I ask them for on the day that I bought it. So I have it working now the way I like it but I wasted an entire month learning how to use it because the staff didn't know what it did.

Pros

Has most of what I need to organize my contacts and track my activity. Some of the features are more powerful then they seem at first glance.

Cons

You can attach an image to a contact but you can't see the image until you click on it to open it specifically. I would prefer of at least a preview of the image while you're looking at the contact.

This is a terrific program for managing a few hundred leads. It is easy to organize and categorize leads and track correspondence with the leads.

Pros

I like the customer management and the ability to set-up tasks at a future date. Like the cloud-based service.

Cons

Very simple, not over the top with complicated syncing and linking with other programs. Does exactly what I want, to remove the need to have post it notes in files and on my desk as a data base for clients.

Cons

The reminder system doesn't allow for a snooze or postpone. You have to manually​ change the reminder. Sometimes it builds up and is less effective at getting action taken.

The software has a great, user friendly interface without sacrificing quality and features. Its so easy to use I didn't have to watch the video tutorials to set up files initially. You can attach files to each record and look at previews of them. The reminders system tasks titles can be easily changed if errors. can create bcc emails for each record.

Cons

easily used with outlook email but difficult to use with office 365 or microsoft email programmes so finding that difficult.

The benefits of this software are numerous. Since I have other programs to compare it to I have to say how much I appreciate the truly less annoying quality of this CRM. When you are on the telephone live with prospects or customers you really need a program that is easy to use and not too complicated....and gets the job done. My primary benefit that I believe sets this company apart is the coaching and technical support staff that is provided as part of their service. Each person I have spoken with goes the extra mile and provides a quick answer to my issue. If I am unable to get right to a representative they call me right back in a timely manner. I can only surmise that the top level administration provides a dedicated mission for their employees who continue to amaze me. I am truly fortunate to have found less annoying and look forward to a continued successful journey with this extraordinary group.

Pros

I appreciate this software program because it is so user-friendly. Not only is the program easy to use but you are constantly provided with back up technical support and are able to talk to a live voice about whatever question or issue you may have. This company truly specializes in the team approach!

When we log in, we see all our word space. So, we have in one view the Pipelines summary, an activity summuray, the task scheduled for the day and the calendar. It is easy to get personalized report. All report can be sort as we want.

Cons

Nothing as we can set it up to our hand. The thing that can probably be add is calculated field in order to have report with an estimate of business we can get with the information we enter by Customer or new prospect.

It does the job, it's logical and simple.

Pros

I have used another crm, one of the largest, for years. It did the job and had the bells a whistles however when it's so complicated, the user ends up creating shortcuts, skipping tasks and the benefit is lost.

Less Annoying CRM is simple, it's to the point and allows for customization so you can see the big picture yet it's easy and fast for the user to not be bogged down with entering data.

I had spent several months looking for another crm to use for my business and worked on several through their trial period. Less Annoying CRM took an hour to do what I still haven't managed to do with the other companies I looked into.

Cons

I would like to have the ability to custumize, change or delete some of the mandatory preset fields. That being said, the ability to add fields and additional customization offsets this.

Customer services responses are in depth and quick turn around. You don't get short answers that need several follow up emails. The answers provided include options, choices and illustrated demos/ explanations of what to do etc

Cons

Training videos do not have properly constructed subtitles so it's laborious and time consuming to follow as it necissates stopping and starting to decipher "nonsense" words generated by auto- subtitling

This CRM is very flexible. I Can easily adapt it to meet my company's specific workflow and project management.

Cons

The CRM does not integrate with my specific type of VOIP service. This wouls add a lot of functionality for me.

Great CRM system, easy to use, affordable, excellent customer service.

Pros

The system is easy to use - I taught myself with the help of the induction guide - but the customer service team are extremely helpful for questions on specific requirements or improvements to make the most of the sites benefits.
It is also very affordable and gives even small businesses the opportunity to be able to have access to such a brilliant tool to manage customer relationships.
I particularly like the Email task alerts and the fact that all tasks for the day or coming days are clearly shown o the "Activity" page.

We got a CRM system that we were able to customize to track our follow-ups, our sales process and our work progress.

Pros

I would have rated the customer support as 10 stars on a 5 star scale. First of all, they answer their phones without making you go through a multiple layer call tree. They helped us get setup, taught me how to customize pipelines so we could better track follow-ups, proposals and work-in-progress. We looked at higher priced CRM platforms, but it always seems like we would have to hire someone to customize the product. With LessAnnoyingCRM, I was able to do all our customization.

Cons

We would have like to add a custom field that was a data format instead of exclusively a text field.
