Super Helpful for HVAC

LACRM lets you customize everything the way you want it. You can upload files directly to a person's account, which has been so helpful for us to keep track of proposals, yearly maintenance info, pictures from the job site, etc. We've added our own field to enter a customer work order number and you can put relationships between people. It has color coding for different calendars and it syncs with Google Calendar and others. You can also send email and it will log it to that particular account! It's a fantastic program. Customer service is also amazing - they answer questions within a day, tops. I just love LESS ANNOYING CRM!

Pros

It lets you customize anything you want!

Cons

Takes a little longer to get used to than some other items I've used, but well worth it.

Good CRM. Simple & Straight Forward Pricing

Pros

I'm going to be honest, I tried out this CRM based solely on the name. Like a lot of people, I've always found CRMs to be a bit too clunky, bad UIs with a lot of unnecessary features. I've used quite a few over the past few years and am always looking for new solutions. While I liked the simplistic approach, I wasn't crazy about the design and appearance. Functionality is good, and very reasonably priced overall.

Cons

The design and appearance felt a little outdated to me. Easy to set up and import contacts but just seemed a bit too different from the more modern and developed CRMs that are currently on the market. Good for teams just starting out or looking for something very straight forward.

No Google Cal Export Function

Pros

Ease of use is stellar; the videos are informative insofar as basic usage of the product is concerned.

Cons

I live in Google Apps; there is not a readily apparent solution to interface with Google Calendar in particular.

Less Annoying CRM

My overall experience using the system has been very positive. It has helped me become more organized in managing my business relationships. They have very good customer service. You definitely get your money's worth.

Pros

I like the fact that it is tailored to the small business owner. A lot of the CRM systems that I have explored are complex and have features that are not necessarily for me as a small business owner. It has been very useful in helping me keeping up with potential clients, to become paying clients. It enables me to keep documentation of communication with my contacts and clients all in one place. This is a real time saver because I do not have to go searching for emails or try to remember when and what we talked about last. I can keep all these notes in one place. I also like the feature for scheduling tasks and events. The system automatically sends reminders.
The system overall is user friendly and inexpensive.

Cons

Right now I do not have any cons to talk about.

It was cost effective, pretty simple to use, and blazing fast.

Cons

Features were lacking. I wanted to like it, but ended up with a different product. I'm sure it suits others' needs very well, but it didn't work out for ours.

Pros

I love that you can integrate data and it's very simple to do so. It's very functional and easy to use.

Cons

I can't think of any cons, but sometimes it does have some small bugs issues but they are fixable. Make sure you have good internet connection.

Reasonably good CRM for the price

Pros

Ease of use, straight forward and somewhat flexible. Cloud based so easy to access data from any of my devices.

Cons

No way to create mailings from contact list. This may be a deal killer for me. Once you gather a prospect list, you can't generate a mail list to send marketing materials or letters.

Very easy to use

Pros

I've used a lot of CRM's out there, and when I started my Handyman business I needed something cheap and easy to use. This one is by far the simplest but still comprehensive. I love the pipeline feature, and being able to see the progress on my leads to remind me to follow up. Self marketing is very difficult, but this CRM makes it simpler.

Cons

Honestly I can't find any cons. It's a CRM package, and it does that well. I can sync with google and that's very helpful for me.

Basic Contact Manager

Love how simple it has been to input contacts!

Pros

This program works great for keeping track of contacts. I love that it is all cloud based.

Cons

I admit that I have not used a lot of the reporting functions and have not yet tried to for sales flow, but from what I have seen the reports seem like they may not match up exactly to what you need to search by.

Finally a CRM I actually use for my small business!

I help nonprofits with their CRMs, but found that the CRM I was using was too much for me - too much clicking through, messing with, and fussing over. I just don't manage that big of a client or prospect list and managing my networking shouldn't be cumbersome either. My virtual assistant kept recommending LA CRM and I finally jumped. Thank goodness! I don't miss opportunities any more and it's easy for my employees to help me to keep sales on track and clients happy.

Pros

Super simple pipelines that can be customized and filtered. Super simple to pull up a prospect (especially when I get a call out of the blue). Tasks and calendar sharing with my small staff keeps us all up to speed. Customer service and training are superb. If we want to do something, we call and they show us how to do it.

Cons

If I had more complexity or a sales staff this wouldn't be enough.

Pros

Simple UX, low price per month, great for small businesses and support unlimited users when we purchase the plan. Simple installation and documentation you can start with.

Cons

It delivers what it sets out to deliver - straightforward, affordable, and a good CRM start

Pros

It's affordability and appeal to smaller business or team makes it worth checking out. It’s a generous monthly plan which includes unlimited contacts. I find that Less Annoying CRM caters to those who typically find CRMs daunting and it counteracts that predicament with an organized, uncluttered and easy to use UI. The navigation is aided by the use of tabs which can be customized. I find the activity feed assigned to contacts to be rather helpful in displaying history and scheduled events. Another highlight for me is the creation of relationships between contacts. There are some good integrated capabilities for lead creation + follow-up tasks + calendar tagging + pipelines workflow tracking.
Overall it’s a straightforward, affordable CRM tool for contact management and overview of sales and business processes.

Cons

Notifications seem to occur by email and sms, but it’d be better suited to have solid notifications within the CRM itself – otherwise my email can get cluttered or I might miss them altogether. Email syncing is not as solid as other CRMs I’ve come across, but there are decent email features integrated here.

The name caught my eye and a truly is true!

The software is very good it serves the purpose that you need it for. They could brush it up a little bit and make it look a little bit better but I am a firm believer in the substance is more important then the form. Great software

Pros

The software is very reasonably priced. It is easy to learn and it is easy and affordable to have across your entire team if you want. I like how it builds on the CRM Network to the point where you feel like you have a great Network after only a few days of using the app

Cons

I found that it's locked Advanced functionality of other CRM software. This was a bit of a Down site but honestly the price justifies this easily overcome shortfall.. you have to be diligent with entering information if you miss it it will not work well and you will not get the results that you want.

Friendly, easy to adapt ... one of the best CRM options for small/medium companies in the market.

Pros

I think the best functionality of this CRM is the connection or interaction between the MOBILE App and the web client version. It allows me to manage, execute or operate quickly, efficiently and comfortably. The UI / UX experience is comfortable, easy to access between modules / reports, the way that organizes the calendars / equipment is very functional and avoids unattended, from the operational point of view (agent) it is good, for the administrator it is very superior, You really have control of what happens on your compay team.

Cons

I have evaluated at least a dozen CRM solutions and this is one of the best, I can not say I found flaws, criticisms or incidents even in the implementation and test scenarios, all were really satisfactory, the only negative point .. The price. ..

Its all in its name

The only benefit I got out of this software was the experience of using the different software during my journey of finding the perfect match.

Pros

Less annoying CRM is just what it says, less annoying. You can keep track of all of your prospect, follow-ups and current clients all in one single less annoying place.

Cons

Even though the software is less annoying. What I can remember is that it does not have ways to create a pipeline. I left because I needed more in a CRM.

Best Company Ever

Anyone with a need for basic CRM functions should go here first. The team of people involved is what makes it amazing. They will never leave you hanging.

Pros

The whole staff works seamlessly to assist in making the CRM functional and understood. The price is definitely right. All of it's functions are easy to learn and use.

Cons

Can not integrate with complex services or functions. Very in depth sales processes aren't accommodated.

Pros

Less Annoying CRM (LACRM) is straightforward, has only 1 subscription that includes all of its features (ridding users of the need to choose from complicated plans), it is also pretty robust for its pricing. Customer support is also great. The app is ideal for small businesses who are using a CRM tool for the first time.

Cons

It is mostly ideal for startups and small businesses who are just on its early expansion stages. While it may have robust features for small businesses, it lacks sophistication for use of larger businesses - who might need more advanced CRM software such as Salesforce or Insightly.

These guys are great.

Pros

Love the simple, easy to use, and customer centric CRM. Easy to talk to a human, make it easy to organize your clients. The events and tasks are an awesome feature.

Cons

Other that its not the most pleasing CRM program on the eyes, there's no real cons. The price is right and the product solid!
