Lime CRM
We use Lime in many different ways in the company. But it gives us a complete picture of our products, customers, support and agreements since they all connect to each other. A good platform!
PROSLime is easy to use and very useful in making selections from the different tabs. Its great how all the different tabs (business areas) integrate with each other. Its easy to add functions/fields as a administrator.
CONSThe online version is not easy to access on the smartphones. Better if it was an app to download instead.
Reason for choosing Lime CRM
We got great information from the Lime sales person and they were willing to help with the implementation. It was necessary for us to be able to form the system after our business and Lime allows that.

We needed a better CRM system.

Lime - Dicom Expense
This has helped us keep track of our prospects and customer in a way better way than previous solutions with excel sheets etc. Now we have one installed process which could be better on our end, but as CRM's go, we have everything we need with Lime.
PROSEasy to use, integration was a bit tricky since we had a lot of customization done, but always satisfied with our salesperson, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]. I like the way it is configured and that the functionality is wide, a lot of tiles and you can configure it with personalized filters.
CONSThere could be more manuals/instructions - we find the statistics module a bit difficult and therefor are we not getting everything possible out of the application. Ideally, it would also be a full on cloud solution with the same functionalities as the on prem, but they are getting there.

The trust we felt with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] as our salesperson, really sealed the deal.

And just to keep you updated about our cloud functionalities, we have worked hard the last 6 months to develop our cloud solution to a product that is compatible with all the important functionalities that we already offer in our on-prem solution. The only functionalities not supported by cloud are the add-ons that we are replacing with new add-ons which will be available in cloud. Easy to adminster
Easy to administer and to use.Filters and views make it possible to see what you are most interested in. A big challenge is to get the user to register relevant data in the system.
PROSThe access to self-administer certain parts of the system. Change text and add / delete fields without having to hire a consultant. Make it fast to help the user customize the system.
CONSIntegrations with our own business systems partly due to the installation "on premise" instead of cloudsolutuion hosted by Lime. Desktop client functionality is not fully implemented in web client
Reason for choosing Lime CRM
Lundalogik's configuration process is well defined and indicates a lot of experience of customer adaptations, but also knowledge of Lime as a system and its possibilities. Support and management is also a strong factor where Lundalogik had by far the best offer.

Malux thoughts on Lime
LIME is supporting Malux to maintain a high level of internal and external customer service. Helps us save alot of time and not letting any case fall behind.
PROSThe customizable product, its owned and developed fully by the same people who sold it. Which can make all the diff when it comes to understanding and meet business needs.
CONSThe lack of a full experience mobile app. The poor integration with Office 365 and calendar synk. The file viewer gui is to elaborate, and missing preview functions for common formats.

We needed a new start of CRM and wanted to work with a software that has full ownership and can make changes to the product to fit our needs.

Lime CRM for managing development projects in different countries
We can get reports of our data in more or less any format we want, at the same time as we have a user friendly system for our staff to work with.
PROSLime offered to build a portal for our member organisations, making it possible for us to cooperate and share information on multiple levels. We were in need of quite a lot of customization. The team at Lime was great to work with. They helped us sort out what is really important, and to break free from old habits in our old system.
CONSAs a non-profit organisation we have limited funds to keep developing the system. Lime did a really good job building a solution for us, but of course there are things we would like to keep developing.

We found Lime CRM to be more user-friendly, and the option of a bespoke portal for our member organisations was a deciding factor.

The old system was not user friendly and no longer met all our needs.

Lime CRM is great
Good experience, easy to use and powerful.
PROSIt is simple to use and very powerful filtering and view setup. Batch editing is easy and fast to do. When needed, export and import is easy.
CONSThe admin interface LISA must be replaced with a in app solution. Can not connect e-mail direct to companies insted of persons.

Ease of use CRM system
I like that the new tab system allows me to find a lot of information about a specific person/company in a easy way. We are mostly using it for keeping track of possible leads and network possibilities we are slowly starting to realise the options for email integrations and what that can help us with.
PROSI love that it is easy to use, that you can use it on any device and that it instantly merges with the other information on the plattform. Im looking forward to using the mail integration when we have set that up.
CONSIm missing some of the features that are available on the desktop version (pc) that doesn't appear in the web based application. Such as possibility to export my previous events to a excel document.

Easy-to-use with customization options
The way you work with the system is familiar since it works with rows and columns and in many way reminds you of Microsoft Excel. You can customize a lot on your own without having to involve external consultants (e.g. adding/removing various types of input data fields, changing layout, etc.).
CONSThe e-mail integration could use some more work to make it easier to work inside LimeCRM instead of having Outlook opened on the side.

Web interface is very easy to use. With a short admin exucation there are lot a local admin can customize without using LIME developers.

A daily help to make your work more effective
With out CRm I would have spent hours on customer follow up and analysis. I save so much time!
PROSThat it is easy to use and helps me to reach my goals. If anything goes wrong support is there for you.
CONSThe segmentations features. When I use set segmentations it works well but it is troublesome to create own segmentations.

Customizable Lime CRM
What I like most as a developer is that Lime CRM can be adapted to the business. That it is possible to integrate Lime CRM with other systems such as financial systems. It is also very good that there are APIs that we can use against our self-built systems.
CONSAlthough it is good that there are APIs and that Lime CRM is customizable, I miss more modern ways to build and customize the system. Everything from customizing fields to building templates.Also missing some functions via the APIs.

Lime Easy was much less customizable and we had too much data.

Since the Lime CRM is based on excel it is easy to use and it was quite logical to set up and customize for our use. I mainly use it to find and add contact information and for that is works perfectly. It is great that you can link people to companies or to other people (i.e. assistants). It is also easy to make different kind of contact listst, add tasks or projects. I use this a lot also when planning different kind of networking events too.
CONSOur company doesn't really have direct clients or products that we sell, so Lime is not always completely designed for our needs. But this was something we found out to be the problem with almost all the CRM systems.
