LionO360 for all your Business Needs!!

Some business problems I am solving by using LionO360 CRM is, the ability to track my employees and making sure work is being done efficiently. Their Route Management feature helps me create routes for my team and using the GPS tracker, I can ensure work is being done. Another problem LionO360 CRM solved for my company is Inventory Management. With the LionO360 CRM, I can now receive purchase orders, ship out inventory, receive payments, & track my Profits and Losses.

PROS

There is a lot of Pros for this software, it helped me manage and grow my business with End to End Sales Enablement Platform. Features such as Route Management, Inventory Management, Setting Goals, & the Reporting ability is awesome! I can get a report on my daily sales to quarter sales within minutes, I no longer have to wait on someone to create them for me.

CONS

There is nothing I would say I do not like about this software. Yes, there was minor issues I was facing or things I would want to be added to better fit my company. On a weekly follow up call with my account manager, I was told they will be creating a help desk to escalate my issues or suggestions for improvements. LionO360 provides the BEST Customer Service which no other company I have ever used offered. They saw what I did not like in the software and changed it instantly making me love it even more now!

Reason for choosing LionO360 CRM

The biggest reason I chose LionO360 over any other product was the Customer Service. They helped train my team & I every step of the way. They do weekly calls to ensure everything is going smooth or if I want a new feature added. There is a lot of CRM products in the market with similar features. LionO360 still has more features compared to the competition but they provide the Best Service! Right from the start, they helped me making the transition over to LionO360 from QuickBooks. The whole point of a CRM is to manage your Customers & Business better. With all the Features & Support LionO360 CRM provides, it is Truly Achievable! LionO360 for all your Business Needs!!

Reasons for switching to LionO360 CRM

All Quickbooks offered was Inventory Management without many features I have now with LionO360 CRM. There was nothing on Route Managements, Leads, Forecasting Goals etc. When I took the trial for CRM, it blew my mind with all the features it offers and it is more user friendly compared to Quickbooks.

LionO360 CRM - An easy to use all in one solution.

LionO360 has helped us better manage our field team and hold our sales reps accountable for their doors. It has improved efficiency, and allows all aspects / departments of NexGen to communicate efficiently and in one place. It has better structured both our call center and our field team and put them in sync allowing better internal communication along with better door level training. It is a super product that I would highly recommend.

PROS

LionO360 is a robust system that allows total and full control and visibility of our entire distribution network. From back end off shore door support, to front end dealer management and engagement, this software helps you organize and manage several thousand dealer locations. It will provide full inventory management from our warehouse, directly to our field team. Our field team can compile routes of their assigned territory to improve door visit efficiency. It also provides them complete and total door level information, from contact info, to activation and sales date, and even specific training questions that we can load for effective and complete training to generate higher sales and better product knowledge. At a high level, we can assign very specific targets for each rep, view door visits and what was covered during said visit, review comments left by our field and our off shore team, review sales numbers, see sales invoices, view trends, and properly assign resources to accommodate all of the previously mentioned items. Not only do you get tot utilize the software, but LionO360 has an approved app in the Apple store which is super valuable. I receive push notifications for important matters, have full visibility of every door we have, the ability to call stores directly from the app if the numbers are not stored in my phone, and geo-tracking to best manage the route management tool and to confirm that a field rep is indeed at the location they say they are at.

CONS

If I were to find some issues with the software, it would be limited to items that they have already worked out or are in the process of fixing. One example is that sometime the geo-location that is inputted in the system doesn't match the actual mapping of a location. This was very limited to a small handful of location and was a result of Google Maps not correctly identifying the location. Their development team is working on this. Also, we didn't have the ability to see the locations past performance, IE. store activations, 1xR, and sales. This has been fixed and now all of this is visible to our field team when visiting a door. I have spoken with their development team, and they are currently trying to enhance this feature to be real time which would be absolutely amazing.

LionO360 CRM review

It just doubled our 2017 & 2018 revenues. We need not worry about who will do what, their Task Management feature is very useful for our teams. We have automated our sales process, it helps our customer service teams in a cohesive way. We have a field team which is largely benefited by their Route Management feature.

PROS

We are a sales driven software company therefore, we required a CRM which is robust to empower our sales teams, increase their efficiency, our business effectiveness, reduce our manual tasks, and overall it should give the best of the ROI in terms of accelerated revenue. We took 100s of demos but could not find one single solution to cater to all our diversified needs. Then one of our team members found this fantastic tool on the web. Since the day we started, we have had no problems and we are always leveraging this powerful yet very simple system. We are happy to endorse LionO360 and especially want to congratulate them on their extraordinary customer service.
