Glad you asked about the money! At Macanta, we HATE software providers with different packages and structures that bankrupt and bamboozle you, so we like to keep things super simple. There are no Starter, Starter Plus, Basic, Basic Basic, Premium Basic, Premium, Deluxe Starter or Deluxe Premium options to wrap your walnut around, there’s just one catch all subscription for just £29 per user, per month. Oh, and as an added bonus, we always bill you in your native currency so you’re not stung with annoying FX fees! And here’s the best part? If a user doesn’t log into your CRM during your billing period, we won’t charge you for them! You should only fork out the cash for a user if they’re actually using the system you built with our software, right?

Macanta is the CRM that you can customize for your specific business, and it is truly no code.

I am using Macanta to build out my business processes so that I am in a better position to scale up. One dude can run my CRM side with a Spreadsheet and some other software, but you miss things and you cant hire and grow because that is not a scalable way to do things. A CRM helps, and a CRM that you can build to suit your specific needs that also has so much built in automation capability is a big force multiplier. I really think that if you are looking for a CRM that you need to look at Macanta,

PROS

I like the customization, the automations, the founder, etc. Really great platform at any price, and you don't have to hire a dev team to get it working for you. It is not a boiler plate CRM that is built how one dude thinks a CRM should be like. It is truly customizable so you can build your best CRM.

CONS

No real complaints. It could be easier t build out, but then it would not be as customizable, and I knew that coming into it, so no real complaints.

Reason for choosing Macanta

I think it does more and does it better and is more easily customized.

Reasons for switching to Macanta

Because I am growing and I want to be able to scale, as well as just be a lot more efficient even if I stayed at current levels.
