Pros/Cons
Pros
- The live chat support has been superb, giving me the answers I need right when I need them. They are courteous and thorough in their effort to help.
- I feel Maghub is a great value and easy to use. Technical help is great too.
- As I said above, it helps sales stay on top of contracts and helps me know exactly where the business is at all times.
Cons
- Integration to our existing system was difficult because of the inability to develop templates combining form specifications to cost of ad for quotes and purchase price.
- The templates of our documents is limited and not very flexible. The system is American and we are Canadians.
- They listen to your feedback, I forget what I wanted functionality for but it wasn't an option.
Pros
- The flexibility is key for us and the ease of use. If something is quite the way you like you can easily configure it and change it on the fly which is great.
- Excellent experience had by all. Team were responsive and felt like we had support from all areas.
- It's really easy to use, and it helps that it looks like a windows desktop. I like that I can customise most of the screens and can easily get to the information I need.
Cons
- It has taken awhile for the installation and setup - meaning that we are unable to use workbooks yet, because of problems with the initial setup with workbooks.
- Some times we have difficulties with the reports function. We found some troubles with planning tools and the synchronization with the software.
- There are too many tabs and it's confusing. If I put in a part number, only a portion shows in the tab.
