I love the service it is simple for people to subscribe. On the back in the analytics are amazing and so easy to understand.

Some legit emails get marked as spam. If too many are marked as spam you run the risk of getting your account suspended or at times deleted.

Their ability to evolve in useful ways — mobile app, education program, email to postcards, etc — is what we like most, for sure, and why we stay with and recommend Mailchimp to others.

And allows for an all in one solution. The reporting is as good as it gets, most of their tools are free and the interface is super easy to use for editing purposes.

Customer support was terrible and when i misunderstood how to use the platform they terminated the relationship because of spam.

I was quite frustrated with the fact that I had no assistance at all and it created a bad experience for me as a new user.

This price is outrageous. Also, they do not give you an option to not pay for the features you do not use.

The customization and integration of this software is great. Also, the easy of sending weekly and monthly newsletters is awesome.

As far as I know, there is no way to get reminders (a la Outlook) for appointments. I now need to constantly monitor my calendar.

Biggest complaint is the lack of calendar and contact syncing with Office 365.

The CRM software is great, however the customer service experience we have received takes away from the value of this product.

Workflows are clunky and don't work well. We just adopted a new software to use for task management and workflows.

This software allows me to do everything I need and then some. If I ever need help customer service has been the best.

The ability to set up automations has also improved our processes. Our business runs much more smoothly, efficiently, and quickly because of Redtail.

I like the layout; the information is spread out on the screen in a way that is it is easy to read and find what you're looking for.

The downside is there isn't a way to customize things.

This software should not be this difficult to use. If you only need a database, this will serve your needs.

Intuitive; wish there were better calendar reminders.

Limited functionality, not able to integrate with other software for financial services, mobile app is too simple and limited.

It integrates well with MoneyGuide Pro. I appreciate the ability to access each client's financial plan from within the RedTail application.

Their customer service is definitely the best feature.

It feels in financial data but does not feed in account types or titles so it's hard to see what type of accounts the client has.

Overall we love Redtail and continually attribute it to the efficiency of our team.

There was very little customization that made navigating the software difficult. Also i found the contact management interface difficult.

When I started working with Redtail, the previous employees in my office had not learned how to use it properly and so it was a mess.

Lack of certain integrations, especially with Outlook.

Quicklist feature at the top is super helpful for people you regularly need to contact. Templated notes makes note taking for things like tax season really easy.

We use the reporting options daily and have gained better insights into the business because of the report options available.

The price is very affordable per user and they absolutely deliver quality well above the price point.

The ability to have a program do more tedious work that is done repeatedly has saved the firm time doing more important things.

Unlike most software trainings, these are FUN. It's a very robust system with many detailed reports and some great search functionality too.

I like that it is cloud-based, easy to use, and functional for our office and client needs.

I had experience with other CRMs like SalesForce, while SF is still fantastic and top-tier, I find this to be a better value for the money.

The biggest benefit is ease of use. I can look up my clients on the app with very little trouble.
