Pros/Cons

Pros
I like the price, It is very cheap. It is functional and easy to use.
this makes my job so much easier! great easy to use and very user friendly

Cons
New interface is good but not as attractive as the previous release.
My only con would be some of the setup was not as straight forward as expected but once the setup is complete the product works great.

Pros
Collaborative Lifecycle Management series of tools - CCM, RM and QM are great for managing the complete software development lifecyle.
It is great to have a tool that will store customer contracts and terms and conditions so they are not randomly on employees hard drives.

Cons
There is nothing in the tool that can be marked as least likeable.
I do not understand sap scripting at the moment
