Some of the labeling/organization features have been difficult to navigate, but this could be because it is new and there is a learning curve.

It can be linked to Teamwork projects so you can have a better understanding of what is happening with each opportunity internally at your organization.

Don't expect many bells and whistles that would come with a more costly CRM platform. What's most critical is internal usage and the people aspect; the issue is rarely the tool/software.

Teamwork CRM is pretty intuitive from a user Perspective and I love that it is similar to Teamwork Project. We use both and know on the roadmap will be true integration with the task.
