Clunky - it was hard to learn some of the processes, and they are not the most intuitive - the interface seems very dated.

Emails sent out via NXT should be automatically added to constituent's record. Difficult setting up new users on the system.

The webview of RENXT gives my development team an easy to use interface that they can access from anywhere on their phones or tablets.

We moved on and decided to cut ties with Raiser's Edge and Blackbaud due to the difficulty we had with the software.

It's great software for organizations of any size.

NXT is better, but it still might be a sledgehammer to kill an ant -- that is, too complicated for use by most small or moderate-sized organizations.

I love the ease of adding my actions with constituents in RE NXT.

The reporting pages are confusing and difficult to understand how to set up a goal and see our progress toward it. There are many things like this that we come across that are frustrating to us.

Integration problem between other platforms, including Blackbauds own.

They most love the portfolio management features, the donor lifecycle framework for tracking acquisition, retention and recapture, and the non-techy look, feel, and nomenclature.

Integration with onsite systems made it easy to use.

This is not the first time I have had this SAME experience from the new Blackbaud. New leadership appears to be clueless to the horrible experiences from their staff.

They are always responsive, and they try their best to provide you with a solution.

The interface is so modern and simple, allowing users to have more comfort with the system.

I don't think it is intentional deception, just a failure to be thorough in investigation of needs.

Everyone in our department uses it with ease, and it is easy to learn. They have good customer service and can help you through problems.

Well worth the price for a strong donation management tool.
