Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue in the first two months, Market Leader failed to make any adjustments. What’s more concerning is their refusal to cancel my membership or issue a refund for the services that were clearly not delivered as promised. This lack of accountability and disregard for customer concerns is deeply troubling and speaks to a fundamental failure in their service model. Platform was cumbersome and still today looks like 2013, but the client facing material is modern and nice. I keep the basic version my brokerage provides but no longer use the ML Pro service. When you buy your lead areas be prepared because they will promise you a number for that area(s) but you will rarely hit the guaranteed number.
