The biggest obstacle for me is the mount of data entry and customization to make it flow for our company.

I bought the program 2+ years ago and still struggle just to open the program and load my data. I have a problems with it every few months.

Excellent value for the cost. Powerful - will do all that I need for marketing and sales, plus more.

It is SO busy that it is difficult to use the tab after tab function leaves lots of sub levels un informed.

The outlook integration is an excellent feature, and we can save all our correspondence to the data base. We send a newsletter to all our clients through  maximizer which is very easy to do.

It needs to be upgraded a little to have the updated look of a current software. The data from way back is hard to track.

I think this product is more suited for small to medium size businesses. They have been in the CRM business for 25+ years, they know their product well.

It is a nice software solution with typical contact management features. Add contacts, set follow-ups, track opportunities, send e-mails.

I have used it personally for 25 years. I saw them migrate to the cloud and enjoy using at home, office and from my phone.

I haven’t really use this software a lot so I can’t really say a lot of things that I dislike about the software.

It was one of the first CRMS I used, I found it very useful and not too hard to maintain.

Now they are trying to coral their customers into the cloud. What once was an iconic product is now  unstable  that will make you regret your purchase and  be on the look for a replacement.

Revenue doesn't accept a negative value making it impossible to use the reports.

It's such a complicated product that I had to pay a ridiculous amount of money to a special company that only works on Maximizer. The customer support is lousy.

It's been excellent, the customer service is great and the program is overall very easy to use.

So many features that it takes a while to master. Highly customizable and relatively easy to use for most users.

We ended up moving to a different CRM due to lack of integration with other apps and a partnership with a company that used a different CRM.

It knows the business, hands down the best product in the field. The feature set is amazing and you can track yours customer very easily.

Lack of integration with gmail and google calendar.

It will freeze up and boot me out so I have to sig back in. Not too sure if this may be a connection problem or a problem with the system itself.

No ability to search within calendar, cannot create recurring tasks, customer service is severely lacking.

VanillaSoft has tremendously grown my business with its lead integration allowing me to save and follow-up on prospects as well as disposition and drip market.

The intuitive and easy flow of this CRM system is excellent, it helps keep business moving and complications minimized.

I love how easy it is to use, and if I run into any issues, customer service is very helpful in resolving the issue.

Easy to use and integrate. So far many of the employees enjoy the product.

In a time where scams are more common, I felt not as many people picked up with this software. I also needed reports setup, and I was told after I signed the contract this is an extra fee.

I like how it's easy to use, very clear on how to add information and the voicemail dropbox.

The downside was that getting everything set up was very cumbersome.

As a unit leader, the software is amazing and intuitive. Data is in real-time and the UI/Dashboards are customizable to support business needs.

Vanillasoft works great for trying to call as many leads per day as possible. Once you hang up and mark a lead as called, it automatically starts dialing the next lead.

VanillaSoft is easy to configure, fairly simple to use and inexpensive.

Hands down, best customer service in the business.

What I like most about this software is how easy it is to use.

The leads provided and the organization of the system has made my revenue grow. The great way you can use the search bar to find almost any record you need.

Overall it is a perfect solution to my cold calling job, I make continuous calls and it saves a lot of time and help me in focusing in my job.

I am a user, not an administrator, so my over all experience in the last 5 years has been great. IT is reliable, safe and easy to use.

I like the easy access, when it comes to searching for students or even putting in a new students information everything is very accessible.

I like the simplicity and ease of VanillaSoft. It is easy to transition from columns along with the ability to multitask.

Sometimes lags on connecting to calling software.

We love VanillaSoft, the system helps us keep appointments with my clients and really increases my customer service ability.

If there was one dislike it would be the slowness (at times) which was probably linked to updates that needed to be installed.

Only downside is if you have a call run over into another time slot. That other call may not pop up after so you nay may miss a scheduled call.

Great overall experience ,and great tech support as well as customer support.

Either way you do it, I always felt completely confident that once I finished with a lead that it would come back to me at the appropriate time without me having to think about it.

Very easy to use, love coming to work. When calling people the previous notes are very helpful.
