Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • It is easy to work with, very versitile and love the customer service.

  • It's great! It's always easy to log in, simple to navigate, customizable... Love it!

  • Cons

  • - lack of language supported (only English) - Support on Apple is not as good (some features not working) - Support from Maximizer is good, but it might come with a charge

  • The parts we liked least really had to do with our knowleadge. As our knowleadge about the software grows the less we dislike.

  • Pros

  • What i like the most is that it does everything automatically and that they are good at keeping us in sync with our PM system. Overall we are satisfied with their program.

  • I like the ease of using the software and the avoidance of double bookings

  • Cons

  • Sometimes customer support can be a little slow, but they always get back to you and there is a self service help desk which is great too.

  • It is good software, just the smaller rental sales sites that they allow you to connect to are not good marketing channels for smaller companies like us.
