The biggest obstacle for me is the mount of data entry and customization to make it flow for our company.

I bought the program 2+ years ago and still struggle just to open the program and load my data. I have a problems with it every few months.

Excellent value for the cost. Powerful - will do all that I need for marketing and sales, plus more.

It is SO busy that it is difficult to use the tab after tab function leaves lots of sub levels un informed.

The outlook integration is an excellent feature, and we can save all our correspondence to the data base. We send a newsletter to all our clients through  maximizer which is very easy to do.

It needs to be upgraded a little to have the updated look of a current software. The data from way back is hard to track.

I think this product is more suited for small to medium size businesses. They have been in the CRM business for 25+ years, they know their product well.

It is a nice software solution with typical contact management features. Add contacts, set follow-ups, track opportunities, send e-mails.

I have used it personally for 25 years. I saw them migrate to the cloud and enjoy using at home, office and from my phone.

I haven’t really use this software a lot so I can’t really say a lot of things that I dislike about the software.

It was one of the first CRMS I used, I found it very useful and not too hard to maintain.

Now they are trying to coral their customers into the cloud. What once was an iconic product is now  unstable  that will make you regret your purchase and  be on the look for a replacement.

Revenue doesn't accept a negative value making it impossible to use the reports.

It's such a complicated product that I had to pay a ridiculous amount of money to a special company that only works on Maximizer. The customer support is lousy.

It's been excellent, the customer service is great and the program is overall very easy to use.

So many features that it takes a while to master. Highly customizable and relatively easy to use for most users.

We ended up moving to a different CRM due to lack of integration with other apps and a partnership with a company that used a different CRM.

It knows the business, hands down the best product in the field. The feature set is amazing and you can track yours customer very easily.

Lack of integration with gmail and google calendar.

It will freeze up and boot me out so I have to sig back in. Not too sure if this may be a connection problem or a problem with the system itself.

No ability to search within calendar, cannot create recurring tasks, customer service is severely lacking.

It was an amazing experience using this program. Will definitely use it again and recommend to anyone who needs a program like it.

I like the ability to search up previous tickets that could help me review issues that occurred before.

I had a great experience using this software. It was a joy in teaching y sales team how to use it and they all had great feedback.

I often have trouble locating previous tickets using the search feature.

TeamSupport is a great solution for managing helpdesk tickets for our organization and the pricing is reasonable for the functionality.

Team Support is excellent when it comes to keeping track of tickets and responding timely to customers. Their support team has been fabulous as well.

There are a lot of useful features and customization, which is important for a software like this. Easy to align my team with our goals.

The configuration and setup is very non-intuitive and confusing.

The poor performance of the searching feature: From my personal experience, I had difficulties to find particular tickets to support customers.

I appreciate the ability to have documented correspondence available to all users at all times.

Ease of use and comprehensive knowledge base, both internal and customer facing. The Dashboard is very intuitive and easy to access key reports and information.

The CDI score allows users to see the overall satisfaction of the client based on customizable metrics. I also like the ability of Suggested Solutions when client are opening tickets.

I like a program that just plain works. In that respect, TeamSupport does its job.

The search functionality in TeamSupport is excellent and extremelu user friendly. Chat functionality is convenient.

Reports are a little difficult and confusing to set up.

Its hard to read the numbers of the tickets on the page, and a lot of the pages have cluttered information on them.

However, the frustrating part of Team Support is the reporting section.

The ability to work with the API to enhance functionality in our situation. The help from the staff has been excellent.

I like the ease of use the most, easy to claim and respond to tickets. The customization is nice as well.

TeamSupport has wonderful customer service and the team is always there to assist.

Helps in following up the ticket as well, interface is also good.

Better Ticket Routing scenario and it can track better with products. Very good especially on CRM integration.

Team Support's reporting capabilities are my favorite feature of the software. We are able to extract all metrics and KPIs needed to run an efficient customer care department.

Despite that, there are the odd instances of slowness or degraded performance.
