It comes with plenty of default operations and devices to help the publishing process, but Mirabel Technologies, the parent company, is happy to create other functions for your benefit. The design is sleek and simple, as long as you keep track of which functions don't get used and remove them as needed. Many aspects can be edited on your end through HTML, making quick fixes easy. It's amazing that it's all on the cloud. We joined The Magazine Manager in January and it took us a couple of months to transition fully. I'm so glad we made the change. It really has solved a lot of our problems as a business and The Magazine Manager seems committed to constant improvement. I love having a dedicated CRM rep, who feels like she is part of our team. I also love the fact that the software seems to be at a level that is equivalent to the major players in the CRM industry, but yet the company is tailored to the media industry and the customer service feels like we're working with a boutique firm. Cons: When we suggest changes, we're just one of many clients, all using the same software. So, their triage system feels a little opaque. We have one small but annoying issue that we've been nagging them about since we joined and I just don't know where they are in addressing it and why it's taking so long.
