  • Pros

  • I LOVE the customer service as well as the design, functionality, and intuitive structure. The Mobile Text Alert crew is super responsive and helpful in resolving any questions or issues that arise.
  • The customer service is absolutely wonderful; I would highly recommend it to others. The product itself has done a great job of serving our needs.
  • The live assistant works well to keep up with solds while live. Using the bless registration link through them is They also have loyalty rewards, giveaways and so much more.
  • Cons

  • In some cases I would have not heard back from them at all because many don't check their email often or either it will redirect to spam.
  • I wasted time in trying out others. I was surprised that the texts were simple text.
  • They down side is the reduction in MMS characters from 1500 to 660. It's taking me twice as long to construct a messages because I have to cut it short.

  • The best feature is easy to install and easy to integrate with web. Also easy to response to customer and generate best dashboards to access data.
  • Easy to set up, extensible, supports a variety of programming languages and interfaces, pricing is easy to understand, excellent free trial that allows for testing of most features.
  • There are so many things to love about Twilio from my experience and perspective. I like the quality of its documentations and how intuitive they are.
  • Cons

  • When there is some error with the sms sending (due to integration issues or other), the errors are not very intuitive and may take some time to nail out the issue.
  • Getting the logs is a bit difficult. The logs are not retained and it is not possible to ascertain whether they are viewed or being sent to spam box.
  • When you first start using them you can get lost in the documentation before understanding how it is setup.
