Ottimo Multifunzione
Gestione dei clienti (anagrafica e tutto quello che ruota attorno a ciò) e Gestione vendita semplificate al massimo. Eccezionale

Crm notevole, nelle idee e nelle funzioni. Tutto ciò che una piccola agency come la mia necessità in maniera modulare. Soprattutto il poter avere il gestire dei ticket di assistenza all’esterno dell’applicazione. Geniale la parte dedicata alla rete di aziende

Non amo le web app. Soffro un poco l’assenza di una app desktop per il mac

Amazing Italian CRM
Pros
I have used mokapen for six months so far and I really appreciate its features in terms of working flow and task management. The backend is quick and responsive and navigating through the different pages is easy also for those who have never used a tool like this one.
Cons
No one so far. If I have to be scrupulous I have experienced some small bag in the calendar but solved in 5 minutes with marvelous customer care.

In the beginning, because I wanted to save money - my organization is a startup - but once I get used to the product I and my team fall in love. Simple, easy, and cheap.

Un ottimo CRM, funzionale, esteticamente gradevole e d economico. Un ottimo supporto tecnico completa l’offerta.

Semplice e intuitivo
Pros
Crm semplice e intuitivo. Manca ancora di molte funzionalità ma il team sta migliorando costantemente e aggiungendo integrazioni utilissime con i principali fornitori di servizi come ad esempio Google.
Cons
Manca ancora un cloud, una chat divisa per progetti e una cronologia delle modifiche ai tasks o ai progetti che sia di facile accesso.

La versione gratuita era già buona, il software si è evoluto bene, senza esagerare e con le prossime integrazioni sarà perfetto. I piani a pagamento sono corretti e per le aziende numerose il prezzo è molto competitivo
Pros
la gestione dell' interfaccia è ottimale, la soluzione dei ticket interni ed esterni perfetta, sopratutto se ben gestita sui social, molteplici le integrazioni ancora in aumento. Molto apprezzata la possibilità del profilo pubblico per interagire con altri utenti

preferirei qualche possibilità in più nel post, come link, file etc
