Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I enjoy how all of the system works together in a uniform and congruent way.

  • Although we did not use this system past its initial free trial , it seemed fairly easy to use. Especially for new-comers to CRM systems.

  • Cons

  • Slowness and latency sometime other than that all good

  • I like everything about the product. But it would be better if same user could login from multiple PCs simultaneously.

  • Pros

  • Awesome App!! I regularly call clients in UK, USA, Australia and India and the call clarity is excellent and the cost is extremely low! Keeper up the good work!!

  • The customer service is outstanding. They are attentive, patient, and very friendly. The service has worked great and we are very happy with everything.

  • Cons

  • Nextiva only had a few hit or miss moments in which case operations were suspended during heavy traffic times. Other than that, it is a great service they provide.

  • NextOS is not a cheap system. It’s great but it will cost in both money and the teams time to get set up.
