Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • They did and do exactly what they said they would, in the amount of time that they said they would do it and there were no hidden fees. The service is great. The quality rocks!

  • Mobile app is easy to navigate, never gives me any trouble.

  • Cons

  • Nextiva only had a few hit or miss moments in which case operations were suspended during heavy traffic times. Other than that, it is a great service they provide.

  • NextOS is not a cheap system. It’s great but it will cost in both money and the teams time to get set up.

  • Pros

  • Streamlines all of our work. Makes scheduling easier. Easy to build reports. Great customer service.

  • ability to customize settings, simple easy to use UX and small company feel when i needs support! able to use for sales team & recruiting team.

  • Cons

  • Currently, the look and feel of the product is a little dated, but it seems like the next update will modernize the software to be more in line with competitors.

  • It can be a little difficult figuring out at first. I have enjoyed the training and webinars, but without those, it can be hard to figure out on your own when getting started.
