Nimble offers browser widget and mobile-based sales force automation and social CRM solution for small and midsize businesses. The solution automatically populates customer profiles and interaction histories from contact lists, email conversations and social media activity across a range of popular platforms including LinkedIn.

In addition to contact and pipeline management features such as deal tracking, task management, and alerts, Nimble also includes integrated social listening to keep customer profiles updated. This allows businesses to track which contacts are mentioning, following or engaging with them, or who are celebrating milestones such as birthdays—which in turn creates valuable opportunities for informed outreach and follow-ups.

Nimble’s “Today Page” offers one comprehensive view of to-dos, key deals and engagement opportunities. These are generated by Nimble’s “Rules Engine,” which learns from user behavior to prioritize social signals and predict which contacts and opportunities are most relevant. Nimble also offers a range of email widgets, allowing users to view rich, contextual detail from their contacts’ Nimble profiles even from outside the system.

Works great with my iPad

Pros

The ability to scan business cards into contacts was a surprising and awesome feature. I also loved the e-mail widgets.

Cons

It's too similar to Linkedin, however you can integrate your Linkedin and others with Nimble and so it has the usability of Linkedin and more.

Cool Integration of the Social World

Pros

I love the details that are able to be kept on the software. It helps me be more effective and more efficient.

Cons

There are a lot of tools that I have to use but when I have reached out to customer service, I have not received the best response.

Excellent platform, but with a few shortcomings

Pros

Through Nimble, I have the ability to automatically and without any difficulty import contacts from any social networking platform, as well as conveniently track progress in all the necessary transactions.

Cons

In the mobile version at the moment there are no many functions. On weekends, I almost never manage to contact customer support. Search does not always work well.

Nimble is amazing!

Very pleased with how easy it was to set up and implement in our environment.

Pros

Nimble makes such a great product. The algorithm they use to reduce space is next to none. Also, the amount of redundancy built into their storage arrays allow me to sleep easily at night.

Cons

I have nothing bad to say about this product. It has lived up to its reputation.

The software is very easy to use but one of the main aspects I love about this program is the fact you can scan in business cards to add a contact. This side of the software is brilliant as it saves a lot of time rather than adding in contacts manually.

Cons

There is nothing about Nimble that I dislike apart from the fact there is a limit on how many emails you can send.

I like how it integrates with G-Suite so I can make the most of my contacts.

The 'today' screen is cluttered and was a bit overwhelming at first. After a while, I got used to it and love it!
