Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • This product is fairly easy to use and the customer service is excellent.

  • Love the modern user interface and app is lightweight and fast

  • Cons

  • Some of the menus are a bit difficult to find without doing a bit of digging, but other than that, it is a good program for tracking timesheets/schedules

  • Email limitations may be annoying but then that makes it a business as options are available if you would subscribe to premium priced packages

  • Pros

  • I love the mobile app and computer interface. I like the automatic call log feature it makes it easy to keep and track info in an even more efficient manner.

  • The software is extremely easy to set up, manage and learn. Also the Philosophy of the entire company speaks to me very well. At the same time their service is responsive and fast!

  • Cons

  • There really is nothing not to like about the product. It would be nice if it had more pre-defined integration's with other products, but that will come over time.

  • It is hard to add notes or record follow up notes to a lead. We've been adding them to the lead description, but it would be nice to add notes with a calendar drop down.
