"Great to see when someone is even viewing a ticket avoiding multiple employees taking the same tickets, gives an AI summer of past conversations, has rules to sort out certain issues or even filter the nature of the message, performance metrics are easy to understand, there is a lot of good features around it."

"I really like the unified link feature because it automatically directs each client to their portal, so i highly recommend it to anyone seeking versatility and an intuitive UI to work with people with different backgrounds."
