My overall experience with Odoo was positive. I used the free trial mainly to understand how the platform handles business processes, and I can see why companies choose it as an all-in-one system. Having sales, customer information, invoicing and other operations connected in the same platform is a major advantage. It also seems flexible enough to grow with a business instead of forcing you to replace the system later. The onlytime they return contact is to hit you with the mother of all invoices. Just avoid. The bank feed allows me to know what is going to happen by the end of the month instead of being caught off guard. I can access this system with my cell phone while sitting at the dentist office waiting. As we continue to expand into various countries and subsequently multiple currency accounts, odoo can manage them all. We were forced to hire someone to repair the api, however once done it will transfer transactions from another platform which is acceptable. The csv imports for 1099s and customer additions are faster than I thought they would be. #### Cons When viewing things at the top level, I dislike seeing where an invoice belongs to within an entity since you cannot tell while running a report.
