  • Pros

  • Odoo is an extremely powerful software. We use the Manufacturing Module and the CRM Module prominently and these have both been brilliant tools that we are very happy with internally.
  • The most interesting and brilliant thing about Odoo, is its framework and how easy we can develop using it. Also some apps are just easy to learn and well documented.
  • Also, they have friendly and very knowledgable support staff that are there to help you succeed without any high pressure tactics. They are in it with you for the long term.
  • Cons

  • It does not integrate into social networks, nor does it manage chat internally (at least, not without losing speed). Your targeting options are scarce.
  • The support is terrible, specially in UAE, the account managers for enterprise never respond and tickets are open for 3 and 4 days.
  • Upon further interaction we realized these needs could not be met. Not only were we not refunded for the hours we had actually utilized, they refused to refund us any of our unused retainer.

  • I love how much you can do with it. They also have an awesome resource library to answer basically any question you could ever think up.
  • Very positive experience with Webflow, and highly recommended for more static websites that you need to look good on a variety of devices.
  • Furthermore it's SEO Optimization features really makes being found on modern search engines easy. The great performance of Webflow pages also helps with that and leads to a great user experience.
  • Cons

  • The worst support I've experienced from any major software provider. Hard to cancel because your site is built on their platform, I guess that's why their support can be so bad.
  • Additionally, the fact that you only get one admin account on the smaller plans is ridiculous, you should at least get 3.
  • The thing I dislike most about the service is the customer service, it's close to non-existent.
