  • Pros

  • I think the live support is one of my favorite things about the company. Especially during setup, when then questions were very important, it was wonderful.
  • Having worked in the CRM sector and having been a user of multiple CRM platforms, I have to say this is a simple, functional and effective tool.
  • Cons

  • There is no option to import deals (only contacts). I had to manually enter over 500 of them.
  • You can only sort by last name. There is no quickbooks integration.
