No incentive was offered As a CRM alone, it is fantastic. As an all in one CRM software, it just doesn't do it. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 4/5 - Value for money: 5/5 - Customer support: 4/5 - Functionality: 3/5 #### Pros The CRM side of the product is fantastic! The way it totals up your leads in each sector of the pipeline is very neat. #### Cons The emailing section of Overloop is the worst of its competitors. You cannot email more than one person at a time, and just the overall part of emailing is not good. #### Reasons for choosing Overloop Looked nicer #### Reasons for switching to Overloop Free option, claiming to have same capabilities, looked newer #### Vendor response Hi, Really sorry you didn't find the right feature, especially concerning emailing. Indeed, we are an outbound sales CRM, not an email marketing software. That's the reason why you cannot "blast" thousands of emails to your contacts like you would do with an email marketing software. If you are looking for an outbound and sales engagement software in the future I'll be more than happy to jump on a call with you and explain how Overloop can help you with cold email campaigns.
