Using the google admin panel is not user friendly and very unorganized. Patronum has basically replaced the need for our Admins to use google admin panel and use patronum as our employee access management tool. This has made it so much easier for us to create a consistent look and feel for our google signatures. For the same price as most products that only manage signatures, this does so much more. From on and off boarding policies to managing users and seeing your companies org chart, this product is fantastic. Some of the features we want are just not available to API based products. I have become a HUGE FAN of Patronum! I was facing a difficult challenge: cleaning up years of externally shared Google Drive files without locking down our entire Workspace. I tried speaking with Google reps, using coded scripts, and other methods—all with no success. Our files were a mess and cleaning them up in bulk was starting to seem impossible. Then I saw Patronum mentioned in a Reddit thread and decided to give it a shot... Using the free trial, I was able to do what I’d been struggling with for weeks. Patronum solved the problem perfectly, and I couldn’t believe how easy it was! I didn’t explore all the features (like email signatures etc.), as I was focused on “unsharing files”…but Patronum got the job done in a way nothing else could! I want to recommend this tool to everyone! The trial lasts 30 DAYS and includes all the features, so you have nothing to lose. Patronum allowed me to do things I could NOT do in G-Drive, and FAST. Google leaves so much to be desired on their design...and Patronum fills in the gaps and makes things EASY. Simple things like exporting a file list or searching for external emails/users is not possible in Google, yet Patronum makes it a breeze. I am so grateful and want to shout Patronum's praises from the rooftops! #### Cons There were some parts of the layout that occasionally got a little buggy. (e.g. I would see a message saying "unsharing 862/862 files"...but then later a few leftover files would appear that still needed to be unshared. No big deal though. No incentive was offered I stumbled on it after going down a rabbit hole looking for solution for how to structure the company drive in such a way that it provided maximum security with maximum flexibility and was still easy to use. It met and exceeded all of my expectations. When you are a founder the admin side is the less glamorous side of what you are doing but if you neglect it, it can cause a lot of chaos and frustration down the line. We've joined during beta when product was still free and we've been looking for a good tool to manage signatures. Since then we moved to paid plan we added off-boarding and automated group membership to handle SAML, target audiences and general group presence. This alone opens vast array of possibilities that other companies seems to ignore. Simplest example is storing user's gender pronoun and then using it in signature. #### Cons Currently priority is on new features and implementing user's feedback so in some cases manuals seem to take back seat. Interface is simple but some things aren't clear without checking with support. #### Reasons for choosing Patronum We ar paying for some other tools and make our own API automations. At the time of rollout Patronum was only app that would update signatures in a way we wanted while supporting custom data.
