Oracle PeopleSoft Enterprise HelpDesk is an integrated help desk system suited for organizations of all the sizes. The system can be installed both on-premise and in the cloud, and provides process automation to reduce the efforts of help desk employees.

Oracle PeopleSoft Enterprise HelpDesk software enables users to leverage real-time company data by providing internal support, controlling service costs and monitoring service performance. Other key features include system management integration, change management, asset management integration framework, workforce support and problem and incident management.

Oracle PeopleSoft Enterprise HelpDesk offers contact center optimization, increased operational efficiency and 24/7 support. The software also offers critical capabilities such as multichannel support, automatic notification, employee self-service, skills-based routing and knowledge content management. The helpdesk software allows agent to find a solution to the employee’s query by leveraging company knowledge base. The application increases the agents’ productivity by providing shortcuts with codes for data entry to auto populate fields and columns.
