Limitations on sort options are a pain to work around, but workable.

The only issue I have is I always get a no contacts selected error. All I have to do is log back in to sales-force and continue from there.

Not to mention, I'm getting 20-30 follow ups per person per day. It's a little early to tell, but just one conversion from a single day would pay for the software for a year.

After vetting many options, we chose PhoneBurner because it was robust and the best value for the money. We're still in our first week and we've already increased our KPIs.

The Self Service Portal is extremely user friendly and cuts down on the amount of tickets that actually make it into the que. Active Directory integration is fantastic.

But the problem comes when get tons of unneeded email. For example, I will close out a ticket (and get a message that the ticket is closed).

SYSAID is a great ITSM Tool comparable to any other global tool but really great value for money.

I liked the flexibility and ease of implementation of this software. Also, it was easily customizable to suit our specific need, this was a major plus for us.

Very attentive and knowledgeable. I was sad when implementation was done.

The way it is implemented does not follow typical ITIL based methodology and is missing key aspects such as a service management catalog.

Ease of use, very friendly and simple GUI, easy to find what are You looking for, nice reports, reminders for upgrade or new features.

I really like here is the integration with other software. And Also admire that this product is very easy to use.

Low acquisition cost for licenses. Supported and certified ITIL processes.

I like how the integration with the AD, because the users used the same password. I like that you can take screen shots and have evidence of a incident.

SysAid has been very good at helping us get set up and functioning.

They have great response time on issues and always willing to help.

Some of the integration setup was confusing at times.

So far I haven't found anything that I Dislike about SysAid.

Weak project management module, not standard and poor performance. No real dependencies in task.

We have been satisfied with SysAid and it's ability to help us do our job more efficiently.

This is difficult for us as we do not have the full/complete version of Sysaid.
