Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I really like that the program it can be used with ease and you're able to make so many more calls rather than manually dialing out.

  • Easy to use, reliable and with a lot of features.

  • Cons

  • Limitations on sort options are a pain to work around, but workable. It would also be helpful to have more integrations like an easy ServiceNow integration.

  • Better for businesses, it's kinda pricy for a single user who might have a passing need for it. Still outstanding software if you require call filtering

  • Pros

  • The product is customizable and affordable. The customer service is prompt and thorough.

  • Workbooks is quite easy to use and provide a high level of flexibility and control in reporting and configuration

  • Cons

  • The reporting element can be a little overwhelming but the support received is second to none. Other than that it is great!

  • The only area we would like to see improved is Case handling. I think the software could be a little more intuitive and automated when is comes to customer communications.
