Pipedrive is a web-based Sales CRM and pipeline management solution that enables businesses to plan their sales activities and monitor deals. Built using activity-based selling methodology, Pipedrive streamlines every action involved in converting a potential deal into a successful sale. Pros

Pros

At first we wanted to work with amoCRM, but decided to try PipeDrive. That was a mistake. Of the advantages I can single out the ability to monitor the sources of traffic and the low probability of losing data, as the system makes a backup to several servers at once.

Cons

Subscribing to this management system costs almost twice as much as amoCRM, and less functions. It does not record the history of interaction with customers, filters are not saved, there is no integration with the IP phone. In general, it is not worth the money.

Excellent Sales Management Tool

I own my own business and needed a sales management system that would help me keep track of all my prospects and what part of the sales funnel they were in. It had to be easy to use and quick to learn. I selected PipeDrive after trying out another software tool that was just too hard to learn and manage. I am so happy with the change.

Pros

Ease of use and feature rich. They continually improve the product and whenever I think of a feature that would be nice to have, Pipedrive has already thought of it and added it to the product.

Good customer service on the infrequent times that I have questions.

Cons

I'm on the Gold Plan. At first, I thought it was expensive. After using it, it's worth every penny. I honestly don't know how I would manage my sales process without it.

Pros

It is useful specially in monitoring the process taken by our clients and can it is also recorded the due of every steps that must be done on time, very useful for organizing things

Kept track of my client process!

Pros

I was super excited about the ability to track the stage of my sales process that my clients were in. I inputted my whole process and just inputted new client information that was then pushed from lead to prospect to client!

Cons

The overall features are rather limited compared to the other CRMs out there. There is some to be desired with the ability to do more with the client information that I add to my system.

Great even at the free level! Wish we had paid features.

Pros

Pipedrive takes the mental load off sales. Leads, deals, and tasks are all easy to create, merge, and change. As soon as you're done with one activity, it prompts you for another, so if you use it right, you'll never lose track of a sale or what stage of a sale you're in. Integrations with email and calendar services can really make it powerful, and portfolio estimation helps you get a sense of your expected revenue.

Cons

Truly, I can't think of many. The only con is that we *don't* use the paid version because it seems like it would be time-saving and reasonably affordable (the useful version costs about as much as Salesforce's basic, not so useful version).

Great Account Management

Pros

It tracks details every step of the way for me and my team so we stay on top of our daily to do lists. It helps me not have to write as many hand written post its and has everything a click away. Having plug ins for Excel and Google Spreadsheets is very helpful too. It is easy to make charts and graphs for my client to review.

Cons

There is no way to tell some of the leads apart based on the category we needed. But overall it flows well. Just a few business specific tweaks are needed

The Sales CRM for small teams

I think it is a solid Sales CRM and is easy to use for most standard sales use cases. I have never had to contact customer support at any point in time. So that speaks volumes of the product's stability.

Pros

It is a simple and easy to use CRM with a lot of standard features one has come to expect from a Sales CRM. In my opinion it is ideal for startups and small businesses with teams of under 10.

The pipeline visualization as stages is probably the most recognizable part of it UI. Email and Calendar integrations, tags, notes and reminders make it easy to manage sales activities in a semi-automated way.

Cons

The deal access / permission levels are limiting. We work with external partners and channels and we need to provide access to the CRM so they can update activities that are confined to the deals without having a view of the deals that we are directly working on. This is difficult to do on PipeDrive, which means we have to work with spreadsheets etc with external partners and update it on the CRM making it a laborious for us.

Needs improvement

It has a potential but is very confusing to use. Could have been better if they made a simplier interface.

Pros

This CRM has been in the market for quite some time. Even though this is relatively new, it has good features that allows user to track the progress of their pipeline which other CRMs do not have.

Cons

It gets more confusing as you toggle from one tab to another. I always get lost whenever I try to navigate outside the tab I am working on.

Fret no more with PipeDrive

Sales work could be very taxing. PipeDrive is like a breath of fresh air. It has minimized most of the tasks and made work easier.

Pros

Very useful software integration. I can send emails directly from the platform, import from spreadsheets to add leads and merge contacts to avoid duplicates. So much time was saved!

Cons

There is no option to set default values on the fields when adding new items. But that's a very minor detail that can be sacrificed for this great app.

Definitely what our sales team needed!

It's a very reliable and efficient sales management tool that has reduced work by a bunch since I've used it.

Pros

It is flexible and was customized for each member of our team. The Lead Liaison integration has eliminated the process of adding new leads.

Cons

So much work to filter deal data. Pre-defined filters need to be set up first. Adding a deal doesn't refresh automatically.
