Pipedrive is a web-based Sales CRM and pipeline management solution that enables businesses to plan their sales activities and monitor deals. Built using activity-based selling methodology, Pipedrive streamlines every action involved in converting a potential deal into a successful sale. As a cloud-based application, the solution can be accessed from anywhere 24x7 using any web browser or dedicated mobile apps.

Pipedrive provides sales personnel full visibility of different sales pipelines. A robust interface displays the progress stages for each deal with the complete details for next actionable items. The activity & goal feature allows users to track the pending activities in each pipeline. Pipedrive also offers custom sales reporting tools to monitor individual and team level targets, analyze sales data and generate visual reports.

Pipedrive's mailing system seamlessly integrates with multiple email service providers including Outlook, Gmail and Yahoo. Users can send and receive emails from multiple accounts using their Pipedrive account. The solution also integrates with various leading CRM tools to transfer contact details, communication history and other information across applications. Apart from these, the solution also integrates with Google Maps, MailChimp, Trello and Zapier.

    The sales team is very demanding, and they like the tools they use to work seamlessly, or else they complain.

    Pros

    Great tool, on par with salesforce and other expensive sales software at half the cost. It's fairly cheap to implement and integrate with other tools. We've been using pipedrive integrated with a call software called crazy call and works like magic.

    Cons

    Nothing - it was just another setup, and took a while to get used to, but it's very well made and is very easy to use. You get full clarity on the health and volume of potential closes in your pipeline.

    Overall, pipedrive is very useful and user friendly. Training can be done quickly for new staff who are not familiar with pipedrive or other similar softwares.

    Pros

    - User friendly with a simple platform
    - Easily search, assign, and add notes or events to leads
    - Easily move leads between categories based upon lead warmth
    - Events (calls, meetings, etc) can easily be sent and shared between potential clients as well as colleagues

    There are other products out there with more in depth search capabilities

    Pipedrive is a simple, easy to use tool to organize your sales pipeline.

    Pros

    The user interface makes it easy for any user to use Pipedrive in seconds. You can view your sales pipeline in a glance and it's very easy to get started on this software.

    Cons

    The reporting tool could be better. The way the software generates, filters and prints reports is something we've love to see an improvement on.

    Integration with mail and email tracking is good when it works

    Cons

    Issues with the integration with mail and tracking
    If you receive emails you don't want in Pipedrive then you have to individually add them in "ignore email" in the settings. This is frustrating and time consuming. A simple click to say junk or something similar would be good
    Some challenges with calendar sync
    Sometimes you need to add multiple contact details for each person

    Pros

    I am in to the second year now using Pipedrive, but I believe I still have to explore lot more there. All the features I used so far are extremely time saving. When I gave it a try to use Pipedrive an year back, I was just doing all the emailing and adding activities manually. But after a successful year, I am automating all this process with just a couple of clicks. I go in to the activities page and do everything from there with out going to each individual page. I am happy so far using this CRM but still I never clicked on a lot of things on the dashboard and I believe those are all going to be handy next time for me.

    Cons

    It takes comparatively longer time learning how to effectively use Pipedrive. I am sad that I didn't use all the features for first 4 months of using it because it needed a lot of time to learn everything. Sometimes when adding a new contact to an existing deal, if the same name already exists in the deal, it doesn't notify.

    Our team used Pipedrive for almost a year. Due to the growth of our company, we had to switch to Hubspot to satisfy more complex requirements.

    Cons

    Pipedrive raised $50 million dollars in funding so it might be interesting to see the company grow and enter some of the territories of their competitors.

    Very happy with the way I can see what the whole team is up to. Cheaper also than most CRMs and perfect for a small business.

    Pros

    Pipedrive is our sales dashboard for our whole company. Its a visual display, very customisable and keeps us all on the same page.

    Cons

    No cons, it integrates with Proposable and email and works like a dream. Actually sometimes lt's a little slow to sync with email.

    Pros

    So easy to use and very visual. I can connect my lead generating tools through Zapier and automate the CRM entries :)

    Would love more integration like being able to create a dynamic proposal and collect payments or more integrations with Zapier.

    I think my points above relay my satisfaction in a pretty concise matter. Everyone here likes it and I would recommend to anyone looking to change CRM's!

    Pros

    I've passed from salesforce and everything from the work-flow to the ease of access to information is better.

    I also appreciate the automation fonctions and the aircall intergration.

    Overall awesome experience, our tasks have been more efficient and more enjoyable to do!

    Cons

    Since we are a SaaS that generally only has one deal per organisation it would be nice to be able to change the org/person/deal to another sales rep in one clic instead of 3. Just a nice to have.

    It has been great for small 3-10 person teams and they're pretty quick on customer response/questions/help. It also doesn't take an IT staff or CRM administrator to make some minor adjustments.

    Pros

    Pipedrive seemed to be better than GetBase or Nutshell. It has easy ability to upload and quickly build out a sales funnel. The mobile interface and ability to connect to email is better than others I've noticed. The DEALS view is a strong asset in Pipedrive. The way the app tracks phone calls is great for managing remote teams and call outcomes.

    Cons

    I think the email template is a bit wonky at times; and there are a few subtle nuances like "Mark-As-Done" that can make managing a team's daily performance a bit cumbersome, if they're missing details.

    Pipedrive's entry-level version is capable, serviceable and relatively straightforward to master. It does require some dedicated time to set up and to connect to other, existing programs already in use such as MS Outlook, MS Contacts and/or Gmail. I recommend it, but I know that our team has found some aspects wanting for our needs, in terms of reporting, scheduling and knowledge sharing.

    Pros

    Enables the team and its leadership to enter, edit, review, export and monitor sales prospects and funnel.
    Provides good, short and easily understood tutorials so that team members can support themselves.
    Provides good connectivity with other programs that can be used to extend the use of customer pursuit data.

    Cons

    Not really conceived or designed for professional services companies, which have multiple services and different types of deliverables that can be discussed, proposed and sold in tandem or asynchronously. For example, it does not really seem to offer some of the interim options that can be necessary with one or more customer purchasing (or other types of Go/No-Go) decisions are postponed, scheduled for the future or otherwise associated with a soft decision deadline.
    Not as intuitive as could be expected for executives implementing sales management software for the first time.
    Needs to be used with care by Professional Service firms, to tweak functions so as to accommodate client and [non-sales] staff behaviors.

    Pipedrive makes biz dev a breeze, easier to track, and almost fun. It is like the gamafication of biz dev. Excellent for collaborative environments too. You can easily track successes and measure efforts.

    Pros

    It is so easy to use and allows you to pull data from other sources easily. Great drag and drop capability and work flow from potential client identification through closing on a contract. Also works well with other software like Mail Chimp so that you can use your biz dev list easily for email blasts.

    Cons

    They increased the price so I had to consider the overall value. But, it still seemed valuable even with increased costs.

    Very useful. Helps keep me organized, and it helps ensure that my manager and I are on the same page with where we are in the prospecting/sales process. It also reveals where the snags are along the way, which I find super helpful.

    Pros

    I really like how flexible Pipedrive is and how we can customize it for whatever kind of partnership we're pursuing. We can also customize the pipelines depending on what our milestones/goals are, which is really helpful. We did trials of a few different products before settling on Pipedrive, and I think we definitely chose the right one.

    Cons

    There are only a few minor things that are bothersome with the interface. For example, it's overly difficult to make notes on a task that you just completed -- instead it just wants to focus on the next task, and to hell with the one you've completed. Some of the default settings are weird, but mostly it's super helpful.

    I'm very satisfied and would recommend Pipedrive to every small-midsize company.

    Pros

    It's a very easy to use and well priced CRM tool. Their customer service is fast and really friendly.

    The number of integrations is still a bit limited - but notice that the amount is increasing quite a bit over the last few weeks.

    I use pipedrive to help me track my sales because I need to know what is selling when how much do I have any left this just keeps everything in a schedule so I can stop and doing and look at it without having to stop for a long period of time to search for specifics

    Pros

    What I really like most about pipedrive is that it does have a 14-day free trial so that you can get to know the software better. It really helped me decide whether or not I wanted to continue using them and I always would rather know is it going to work for me so they took out that guessing game

    Cons

    But I like the least about the software is the consistent guessing game of can I get a hold of customer service I occasionally have a few issues with the software and I will call customer service and I feel like I'm going to hold on average about 20 to 30 minutes and so I have to take some time out for my busy schedule just to sit on hold for a while
