Pipedrive is a web-based Sales CRM and pipeline management solution that enables businesses to plan their sales activities and monitor deals. Built using activity-based selling methodology, Pipedrive streamlines every action involved in converting a potential deal into a successful sale. As a smaller company, we were concerned that we wouldn't be able to customize the applications to our unique business models, but that hasn't been the case! Pipedrive supports our sales strategy while letting us focus on growing our business. We're able to pull reports in seconds and the ease of functionality has allowed us to familiarize everyone on our team with the software. Glad we made the switch!

Pipedrive definitely leaves little room for customization - not able to download directly to desktop

If you use Google suite applications, this software is golden for you. It syncs with all google suite applications seamlessly, organizing all of your CR information perfectly in one place so you can focus on growth.

Pros

Integrates perfectly with external calendars, contacts, email, and even with google maps. The reports produced are clean and very useful. The overall user interface is very friendly, intuitive, and straightforward. Inexpensive and easy to transfer to from other CRM applications, if making a switch from another.

Cons

Not too many downsides. Some additional features could be nice but they have definitely covered all of the important bases. It pulls information from Outlook but doesn't export information into it so little things like that could be added but it's great as a one stop shop CRM tool.

There aren't as many features as other CRMs. The developer tools aren't as powerful as they should be, the API is quite hard to work with.

Pipedrive is easy to use and does not require hours and hours of self-education for basic functionality as I have experienced with other popular CRMs. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, and the contact information layout makes it easy to see at a glance where they are in the funnel and what their last experience was. Every time a contact record is updated, it automatically records who made the update and when, which makes seeking more information on the encounter easy.

Cons

It does have a few too many screens and buttons to click through sometimes, especially when adding new contacts one at a time.

Pros

I cannot begin to describe how amazing PipeDrive really is. Fully customizable, has Google integrations built it, easy to use, easy to setup for a first time user, and visually the most fluid graphics of all CRM's. Lets you take one look at your Pipelines, and determine where all of your contacts and accounts are standing.

Cons

Very few cons, and I would like to see more colour coding in the pipelines. For example, having different colours for different categories of clients, or customers.

Easy to duplicate organizations entered and the import tool doesn't always function as intended missing key fields or pieces of information. However you can easily spot these gaps and fill them in.

I general Pipedrive is a super awesome program and I enjoyed using it for the time I had access to it but my company found that it was not benefitting from what the program was offering.

Pros

If you have your calls integrated with this software program you can actually record your calls and voicemails that you leave which is a pretty neat feature to have. It makes it super easy to keep track of what, when and how you have interacted with a customer, etc.

Cons

I think that they are some issue with filters of all sorts with this program. It can become a bit difficult to filter out information that you don't need pulled up and that part of searching for a client, etc. can be a bit more costly timewise.

We can feed all the details of our prospect manually on Pipedrive, but if we have a huge bucket of leads then, Pripedrive has a bulk import option, which is pretty cool and saves lots of time and effort from the manual feeding of data.
- Scheduling activities are very simply organised, with filters. We can assign the task, mark them as per their importance or on a priority basis.
- The reminder helps to never miss the task and do the proper follow up.
- The mobile application is a charm, one can easily operate when on the move also.

Cons

There is always something to make even better, they can bring some additional features and integrations with other networks, they have to work on customer support. Overall one of the best CRM in the market.

The integration/app selections are also excellent. Almost every tool you need to hook up and sync to your CRM.

Cons

Putting our sales process and client interaction in order

Pros

Most of all, I like analytical features of Pipedrive.
In particular, this is ability to track how sales with particular client go and ability to create sales funnel reports. Also I used a lot a feature of integration with Google calendar and deals follow up. With a whole mess of email correspondence we have, Pipedrive really made things easier and more organized. What I also like is ability to make notes of past client appointments. This is a great feature as every client feels pleasured as they realize I remember them.

Cons

Customer support is really slow. We needed to stay long on the web chat until specialist got available.

This sofeware is a great tool for simply managing contacts. It has a great "nearby" function for visiting clients while you are in a specific area

Cons

When importing contacts, it is sometimes confusing when you do the import as to which header you should put each category. If the city and state are not properly imported, the software will decide where it should go, which can lead to accounts being placed in the wrong city and state

Pipedrive was easy for my Dev team to connect with API and even easier for our Sales team to learn. We had been bouncing around CRM tools for 5 years. All of that stoped as soon as we started using Pipedrive. It is easy to pull reports out of and easy to track work being done. I would highly recommend it.

Cons

After the initial setup we have not had any real issues. I do wish it had a round robin assignment feature when leads come in unassigned.

Pros

It was great to have a system like Pipedrive that would make it easy to track. I liked how Pipedrive did a good job of integrating email into the system so you could track everything inside the system.

Cons

As a small business owner I wanted the features of the higher plans but I just couldn't justify spending more when I can do some of the tracking on a free system like trello. It's tough to balance the features and cost.

Our business needed an "all in one" program to project manage, track work time, manage payments, upload files and images, track sales, email clients, and more. Pipedrive also integrates with other apps and programs that we use, for instance, CompanyCam, Gmail, MailChimp, etc. There were many other programs that cost so much more and were so complicated. We wanted a customizable program that had great functionality, but didn't cost a fortune, AND was easy for all of our team members to learn and use. This program was built for the novice and pro in mind. It's designed as a CRM, but fully customizable for other types of processes. Customer Service & online tools and tips are also excellent. Pipedrive fit the bill! Very satisfied company using this program!

Cons

Not much. The sorting functions for contacts are by first name only. I reference jobs by last name, so this took a little bit to get used to. It's something they are going to change, though.

A lot of the features we needed were included in the Pro plan, whereas with other companies we would have had to pay double for some of those features.

Pros

Pipedrive is very easy to use, well organized, and easy to navigate. I love the calendar, activities and the notifications, along with the UI which I think is beyond better than some of its competitors. One of the best features is the ability to create customized fields. The last Pro, and this was huge for us, was the ability to create a contact with no required fields. We used Hubspot and Cloze and they required you to have an email, phone, or social media account to create the contact. Some of our leads come from community forums where we do not have the info initially so Pipedrive made entering leads a million times easier.

Cons

Sometimes we have noticed it can run a bit slow, such as when sending an email. One minor gripe is when I create a Contact and then I create a Deal - if I put notes or emails under the Contact it doesn't sync with the Deal. I have to put all notes and emails under the Deal. Another small annoyance is that the email tracking doesn't tell you who you opened the email so if an email is sent to 2 people, you have no idea which one opened it when.

Since switching to Pipedrive over two year ago , our sales process has become more effective and we have improved in the area of generating leads and managing leads.We have also effectively been able to effectively monitor every phase of our sales activity.
Pipedrive is intuitive and has a supportive customer care team via whom we get assistance whenever it has been needed on our Pipedrive. I am also an huge fan of the sales forecast feature , because it has made our prices more dynamic as we now modify our price offers to customers based on the predictive data Pipedrive provides the sales team via the SALES FORECAST feature.

Cons

I have encountered obstacles trying to upload my spreadsheet into Pipedrive before as it takes way too much time to get uploads done successfully.

It is web-based, and good with multiple users

Pros

I like the visual layout and feel of the product, besides the obvious benefits that are provided when using a CRM tool. We've used Pipedrive in our company for the last couple years.

Cons

Notifications, and reminders can be improved in my opinion - however to be fair the product is constantly being improved.
