- Functionality is good and support response is excellent. We do not need to consult with a partner we can deal directly with Pipeline which brings down the cost.
- It was pretty easy to set up and create custom view reports so we could track sales and onboarding activities. It synced to my email which was great.
Cons
- This is the Achilles heel for Pipeline Deals, as the options for integrations are extremely limited.
- Their are some problems with the soft with gmail and having service call back to fix a problem.

- Coupled with outstanding customer support, Top Producer CRM stands out as a comprehensive, user-friendly solution that has transformed the way I manage my client relationships and business operations.
- The contacts are easy to import and easy to set up in the Top Producer X web version. I enjoy seeing my email conversations within the contacts.
Cons
- You can get the name and contact info. No addresses, no notes, no list of items sent to a particular client.
- You will have to purchase additional subscriptions they do not disclose. IDX is very crappy and unprofessional, unless you purchase from 3rd party and install on your site.
