Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I love the mobile app and computer interface. I like the automatic call log feature it makes it easy to keep and track info in an even more efficient manner.

  • The software is extremely easy to set up, manage and learn. Also the Philosophy of the entire company speaks to me very well. At the same time their service is responsive and fast!

  • Cons

  • There really is nothing not to like about the product. It would be nice if it had more pre-defined integration's with other products, but that will come over time.

  • It is hard to add notes or record follow up notes to a lead. We've been adding them to the lead description, but it would be nice to add notes with a calendar drop down.

  • Pros

  • Software is Great and the Price is Great as well

  • Everything. It is easy to use and works proficiently.

  • Cons

  • The mobile app could use some updating to include more of the features found in the full product, but the mobile site is perfectly usable.

  • Some of the features are limited and payment gateway options are somewhat limited. It's a good mix of services but you have to put time and money into it raising the cost in one way or another
