Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I love the mobile app and computer interface. I like the automatic call log feature it makes it easy to keep and track info in an even more efficient manner.

  • The software is extremely easy to set up, manage and learn. Also the Philosophy of the entire company speaks to me very well. At the same time their service is responsive and fast!

  • Cons

  • There really is nothing not to like about the product. It would be nice if it had more pre-defined integration's with other products, but that will come over time.

  • It is hard to add notes or record follow up notes to a lead. We've been adding them to the lead description, but it would be nice to add notes with a calendar drop down.

  • Pros

  • The layout is simple so it can be picked up easily without much in the way of training and it's cheap.

  • Overall the software had a lot of options and was easy to setup.

  • Cons

  • For us it's fine, but a larger company may want some more customization options. There is not much I can think of not to like for our use.

  • Few bugs in the software, not sure if it's the version I'm on, but very little to complain about. Does exactly what you need, and then some.
