Great Presentation Tool for our Salesforce
Pitcher is very user friendly and intuitive. It allows you to create interactive presentations that take advantage of existing powerpoint functionality and enables you to add references, tagging, and hotspots for even more interactivity. It also allows you to easily email or create your own custom presentations from the existing presentations.
CONSWindows version is not as advanced as the iOS version of the software. When you share a powerpoint, it shares it as a pdf. Windows version doesn't allow you to upload excel documents.
Vendor Response
Thank You for your review. Pitcher does not support sending original editable content to customers. It is always either a link to an online viewer or the non-editable PDF. This is done on purpose to prevent corporate content to be disseminated in ways that can be altered. Excel support with calculations has been in beta as of 2018 and if you are interested in trying it please notify us, otherwise it is not released to the public in any platform yet.

Pitcher is a good repository for sales content but needs advanced analytical features
Pitcher was used to act as our central repository for all sales and marketing collateral. The platform was used for our sales reps to effectively send product content to our practitioners.
PROSPitcher was a good tool for managing our sales content, to create a single repository. The tool was effective for finding literature, housing PPT presentations, and allowing sales reps to customize their presentations for specific customers.
CONSPitcher could become glitchy at times, and the platform lacked advanced features, including the ability to easily view analytics and rep/customer engagement.

Lacking agility
My overall experience has been neutral. I certainly don't think that it's a bad tool, but they can improve their efficiency when it comes to developments.
PROSNice front-end user interface that is easy to understand.
CONSExpect long cycles for any customization or enhancements you'd like to add.
