Post Planner has a vast library to help me with posts to keep good, relevant and encouraging content to my followers. I also love the evergreen option to allow posts to re-post at a later time.

This is just bad business and very unethical to me. I have never in my life heard of charging someone so far in advance for a virtual service and then refusing refunds. This is why I am writing this.

I love that I can obtain content that obliges my group and successfully plan out quite a while at a time so I can focus in on various pieces of my business.

It's quite easy to use the software once you have set it up. On daily basis you just find the article you want to post and click post to send it to all your social platforms.

We finally made a change to another company which was a little more cost effective and far more robust.

I am angry and disgusted with these people they refuse to cancel my subscription until it expires they say and do not remove my credit card information even though I have asked them to in writing.

Things started not working as well and the software did not keep up with the ever changing social landscape.

Post Planner helps save me SO much time for my business. I typically plan out content a week- 10 days in advance (but sometimes a couple weeks if I have things going on).

It was a really good tool when I started using it several years ago.

Very basic product that lacks the functionality or ease of use of other products on the market. Worse of all, once they have your credit card they make it very difficult to cancel.

Has the ability to set up categories to go back and search the content that was found previously. Scheduling system is fantastic.

You're stuck with their service even when you don't want it. Customer service is the worst in the industry.

The UX can feel confusing the first time you use it, but makes sense by second and third login.

Many of the recommended posts were blocked by Facebook as spam.

Ease of use, perfect scheduler for posting, it has a wide variety of features and the best is that it also helps you get new ideas about what to post.

Post planner is very good social media management app with a feature to provide trending content according to your niche. So you receive more engagement and followers.

My posts are not posting at the correct time, posts are double, to the wrong pages and support only tells me to uninstall ALL other extensions I have, in a short word useless.

I am extremely happy with the product and will definitely recommend them to people. I have also had to email for some help and they have been very quick to respond.

Its slow, it takes time to load and its frustrating.

Although inexpensive, their product is certainly not cheap. They provide an easy to use telephony platform that always delivers exceptional call quality.

I also hate that whenever I receive another chat the one I was on becomes stuck and It  almost switches to the new one.

Through configurable tables, we can create the perfect set up immediately and directly. The best part however, is that Ujet offers services designed to wow  customers while saving money.

Sometimes it can be a little wonky or do some weird things. For example, there have been a couple of times where I will be in one UJET status, such as available, and it will move me to unavailable.

The customer support with the product is amazing.

I love using UJET the features and tabs were very easy to understand and read.

Pretty much how easy it is to manage reports, outbound calls, and metrics. The user interface has a friendly design and works flawlessly throughout the whole website.

It’s an almost comprehensive software. I also appreciate access to review previous call logs and emails of customers who call, for information purposes and to help further resolve some issues.

Can be inconvenient if user is replying to something from the previous shift on another tab and receives a missed call as a result. Lack of consistency in countdown when receiving a call.

Excellent, Customer service and the technical support  is always on top.

I am not dealing with issues everyday I log on, so I still believe that UJET is amazing and will be even better when the glitches are fixed.
