"Pulse CRM is a Customer Relationship Management solution specifically for the mortgage industry. The solution is cloud-based and OS agnostic. It delivered through a browser-based dashboard, so provides updated information on clients.

Pulse offers functionality in marketing automation, sales automation, customer service and support, web self-service, channel management, customer analytics and product configuration. It integrates with Calyx PointCentral, DMD DataTrac, MS Outlook and Exchange.

It suitable for smaller to mid-sized mortgage companies looking for a subscription-based option. FocusIT provides templates for emails and task lists to get which can be customized according to the needs.

Users can create automated loan status alerts to update borrowers, realtors and internal staff. With workflows, team members can be updated on next task with automatic workflows triggered by loan type, funding date or team member. Pricing is subscription-based depending on the number of employees plus a one-time implementation fee. Support is offered via phone, email and other online resources."
