Pulseway is an integrated IT assets and network monitoring solution designed for IT administrators to remotely monitor and control their business IT resources. The solution supports multi-deployment architecture, allowing its users to choose either on-premise deployment or hosting within the cloud.
Pulseway allows managed service providers (MSPs) to view the real-time status of their system resources, monitor overall network performance and install critical updates from a central console. The platform helps with defining scripts to automatically schedule maintenance, backup, security check and other IT activities.
Pulseway enables users to control every device connected to their network from a single point and monitor their performance. The solution also offers a Rest API for integration with third-party applications. Other features include custom reporting and analytics of network health, central patch management, activity logging, multi-factor authentication and more.

Getting notification of issues with computer status and even notified if an app quits running. Very handy for database management
Lack of full feature set on Macs. Windows version much more robust and useful. Even so, it is the best way for me to keep an eye on all our critical services.

The technical support is very good every week checking in to me ask how is the app doing
the app is also very easy to use with the use of build in codings

Ease of use, especially on mobile devices, it's very ease to manage customer devices from your smartphone when necessary.
Lack of hardware monitoring, almost no hardware monitoring is possible, other RMM tools provide a lot more features in this field.

I began using Pulseway as PcMonitor a few years ago. I had been using another product that was hard to configure and prone to so many false alarms it was useless. Then I found Pulseway and the whole game changed. Pulseway is priced fairly – my previous solution was SO expensive and the support spotty. The Pulseway software is easy to configure and can be accessed securely from pc or smartphone. Critical functions like restarting services , rebooting machines and even access to a command line can be done remotely. I get the right warnings directly to my phone or desktop wherever I am. I was on the beach in Maui over Christmas and one of my servers had a problem with a service that needed to be restarted – with other monitoring products I would have had to go back to my room, start up my laptop, hope to get wifi and vpn connection and RDP directly to the problem machine. Pulseway allowed me to clear the alert, check the status of the server and restart the service (Apache Tomcat) from my chair on the beach and not miss a minute of my children’s surfing lesson.
Our organization has embraced this software. I recommended this to a colleague who had a critical scheduling server running multiple tasks via task scheduler. Due to service account limitations the server would log out the account every weekend. My colleague installed Pulseway and was able to keep the server signed in while we pursued a permanent solution and now has multiple servers on his own account.
I have yet to find a serious downside to this product. It is truly amazing and just works well. Well worth the low cost.

We are able to better service and respond to events at our clients. We service over 100 client sites to include workstations, Servers, NAS etc. This product gives use the capability to handle and monitor almost all system/network operations.
We have been using this product for the past several years and find that we rely on it more and more each year. Out techs can check client workstations and servers at a glance. We are able to troubleshoot our clients issues instantly which helps keep costs down and clients very happy. This is a very affordable product with great flexibility and power to aid in IT operations. I would highly recommend it to other IT professionals.
Pulseway is an excellent product for me, as I travel between different clients, I know I will get alerts on my phone or tablet immediately so That I can deal with the problem whilst out and about without having to be tied to a desk.

So easy to use from a phone or laptop. I love the way I can restart a server from my phone from anywhere. I don't need to set up firewall ports fro remote access which is a great security feature alone
Can be a bit confusing about which app you can use on what i.e. Remote on a laptop but not the phone. Only one session at a time on the cheaper option for smaller businesses.

I sometimes use the remote Terminal functions and this is quite basic. Slow response on commands, no repeat functions for last xx commands (only last), no buttons for frequently used commands/scriptlets.
The Close Session command and Repeat Last Command are “hidden” behind the “Share” button, not very intuitive.

Took a little time to figure out how to get setup initially. The documentation is not very clear. But their sale support reps were very helpful. Looking at it, it was very powerful in the amount of data it was able to collect with almost every option you could think of. The agent has a pass-through Remote Desktop gateway that can come in very handy and a nice standalone desktop app for just systems alerts if you want to have a dedicated monitor in a control room to look at. Where it was very weak at, and why we couldn't use it, was it's reporting capabilities. The minuscule options that mostly was generalized information. They would do well to divert resources from their capabilities development team, which the program has plenty of, too much better and more powerful reporting. But if you don't need reporting or doesn't need to be that detailed, you can't beat it for the price.

Pros - ease of use, don't have to think about updates of the system it just happens, very simple to be able to manage our servers and see issues
Cons - That it is not a more comprehensive solution for network infrastructure such as switches, routers, UPS's and the like - currently have to use another product. Not being able to perform RDP access from device particularly a tablet

The majority of the functionality that Pulseway provides is available to us through other paid/professional tools we already have, but the ease of use, reliability, and power provided by this software package makes it unthinkable that we would abandon it. We have had reasons to contact support over the years, and we always get a quick response from a knowledgeable person who happens to be incredibly friendly too! We LOVE Pulseway.
