  • Pros

  • Great customer support - I always get an almost immediate response, with great follow-through. Reliability - all things considered, it is down very seldom.
  • We were really excited about the features in quickbase, particularly the ability to edit columns and other fields after databases were initially created.
  • It can integrate with other tools such as excel, salesforce and others that help with making work super easy for us managers.
  • Cons

  • Conversion and data migration took a while, not because of QuickBase but because of how horridly "dirty" the data were on the sales management side.
  • If a server goes down, all work has to stop. The same thing stops if it's overloaded.
  • It takes a lot of clicks to get somewhere. A minor issue really, but I find it irritating to have to 10 things to get what I want because the search function isn't particularly sensitive.

  • Working with the team as TV as been very easy. I would highly recommend the product supported by a dedicated team based here in Australia.
  • On top of that, quality support to back up the product, and a general keen-ness from the development team to improve the product.
  • I liked the ease of Use and set up associate with this software. I also like the versatility of the setup that could be tailored to my business requirements.
  • Cons

  • Also missing connotes from freight companies, most of the time we are able to get copies from the data in Transvirtual.
  • Website is sometimes slow to load which is frustrating when you need to quickly login to check something.
  • We had problems with drivers not getting Full sign, print, time & date on manual cons, Transvirtual takes away that problem.
